It seemed like we went around in circles for an hour and a half out in the harbor drinking and eating snacks. We never got close to downtown St Augustine, I never saw the fort, or any other landmarks, from the water. A "tour" means someone is talking and telling you the history and significance of the things we were seeing. I was very disappointed that it was basically a hot boat ride to eat and drink.
