DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!! The branch manager Lee…read moreWarbinton is a LIER. The practice may seem professional and legit but in reality they are procrastinators. When I applied for a mortgage loan with them, Lee told me I could be approved for a 145k loan as long as I paid off my car which was a little over 2k. I used all of my savings to get that taken care of and when I let Lee know, she said I was good to go AND she sent me an approval letter. A month went by and I found my dream home and the contract was signed. I paid to have an inspector come by. I sent my earnest check. WHAT DOES SHE DO? She tells me I can't get approved because COVID is tightening their protocols? -mind you I applied during the big Quarentine. She asked for my bank statements, w2s, and paystubs AFTER she gave me an approval letter and is now telling me I need a co-signer...? Why couldN't she tell me this before I spent all this money??? If I could give Lee a 0 star rating I would. I will say it again, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

They make it easy, and you can even get your boat registration at their tax offices in downtown New Braunfels. Unfortunately, taxes are a part of life, you gotta pay them, but at least the Comal County Tax Office makes it easy and convenient. The staff has always been helpful, polite and fast. I wish all government offices worked as well as the Comal County Tax Office does. Everything from property taxes, auto taxes, personal property taxes, they do it all and make it look easy.
