I am a serious buyer when it comes to purchasing 22 KT gold jewelry. Last week we purchased $800 hoop earrings and this store refused to provide a nice box or a receipt. Which is questionable, are they reporting their sales taxes? However it was shocking of how we were treated on 11/9/18. I asked the owner if I could try on a gold set and his exact words were "I can't help you!" I understand that my mother was having a hard time deciding on which gold ring to purchase and they seemed to be losing their patience with her. Bottom line is that the customer service is horrible by the staff there because when we finally purchased a gold ring, we were informed that there are no exchanges or returns. This is an expensive purchase. I started asking myself if it was even real 22 KT or is it 14 KT with plated 22KT? We asked for a receipt and a box and the name of the salesperson. Again they gave us a hard time for something that all consumers should be entitled to. The owner in Hindi, asked his staff to remove us from his store while we maintained our professionalism. Then I went home and internet searched my weight of earring and I had saved about $150-$170 off anything I could find! I marked them pricey, but 22k gold is just not cheap.
