They got me in about 40 minutes after that and I was treated by Dr Emma. Love her! She spent quality time with me doing a thorough exam and prescribing steroids to help me. They didn't care that the Tech half assed the procedure and it took me 3 months and 3 phone calls for them to finally say "A procedure was done so we are charging you for it". The person who did the procedure obviously didn't Know what they were doing so the training must be very poor!! Also, the tech that did the actual hearing test was not trained well and she said I was her first patient ever... The doctor had to come in and redo the entire test! On top of that when I told them that I would be in to pay the bill in full and that they need to have my records ready, they want to charge me for it!!! What got me was they never returned my calls or cared to explain to me why. Sloppy, untrained and a back office that could give 2 shits about customer care! Pathetic!! I will never give a recommendation to anyone for this practice masquerading as professional.
