They are a little more expensive for their buyer's real estate attorney package than some others around, but they are worth every penny! And he scrambled and 2 months later told me he could not take the case stating he couldn't get a Dr. To sign an affidavit. Perhaps because he consulted a doctor of a different field, had not reviewed the records, and still a year later didn't understand my. Chief complaint. So I doubt it was presented to the doctor correctly. So he drops my case with a few months of the statute of limitations expiring. Claims he didn't sit on it, and he will help find new counsel. Ha!! He can't even return a phone call. Gbe only thing he can help is himself. Do not let him waste your time. He gives lawyers a bad name.

Debbie, the resident paper pusher DOES NOT relay negotiating terms to the seller. We were buyers and knew our sellers. We had to work around to negotiate because all we got back from the "attorney" was NO. NO to everything almost killed the deal multiple times. Until the end when we found out that the sellers had a lien on their house. Debbie lied and legally signed off that there wasn't a lien. The house was not able to close because of the lien and my family is homeless. We found out the day of. No explanation, no apology, no empathy. Unfortunately when there is not an attorney working on your close things get missed. So hire an attorney. Not Debbie the paper pusher. I have other words for her but I will keep them to myself. Avoid this place like the plague. There are so many honest options and if someone is going to charge you $175 they cannot do the job. That's your first clue...a real attorney doesn't charge $175.
