We called Jenny in desperation after my husband met her at an open house. We were leaving to Jamaica the next day and wouldn't be able to have contact but Jenny got right to work. She sent us listings that she had personally previewed with notes about the neighborhood and other key features that we had on our must have list. When we got back Saturday, we were out Sunday looking for houses. Jenny is personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. She never made us feel rushed or tried to sell us something that wasn't a good fit or a good deal. One of the houses we loved online was already under contract when we returned. Jenny called the listing realtor daily to find out if due diligence was being met. When the contract fell through, Jenny called right away and we were able to put in an offer that night. The listing agent had four offers on the property, and because of Jenny's suggestion to write a personal letter, they accepted our offer. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search. We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic!
