She refused to pay for the soil sample, she also tried to have us remove more plants that were put into the final contract as well as trying to and removal of all cement posts appropriately 50 instead of about 8 ( these were over 150lbs per post and required two men)In addition to this she tried to get additional changes to the irrigation that were not in the contract. Plants are not a guaranteed with replacement when conditions of care are not achieved( lack of nutrients, disease and proper care, Contractor is not given a guarantee from said nursery) I personally delivered oak hydrangea to her work that she said did not make it out of a courtesy. At no time did either of these people call the company and inform Adam of any problems nor asked for recommendations to the problems with their soil.

I regularly receive feedback from guests that our place is "sparkling" clean, which is a testament to this company's high standard. They have a lot to do in our home and they manage to get quite a lot done in a short period of time. I also use So Clean's handyman services, which have been excellent---everything from hanging mirrors on our walls, repairing a broken board or two on our dock and staircase, to assembling a bench and dresser when I couldn't find time to do so! I love that they provide a one stop shop for homeowners...They have a high level of personalized service and are willing to go above and beyond basic expectations: accommodating requests that few companies do these days. For example, they have gone out with short notice to buy a spare propane tank for our BBQ and a bottle of wine to greet our upcoming guests. I don't expect perfection. On rare occasions, we've had a little mishap or snafoo (related to scheduling or very specific things we wanted done in our home presentation for rental), but the company has been really receptive to feedback and addressed any issues that arose straight away. I'm not worried about those issues arising again. As with all things in life, occasionally things don't go perfectly, but those companies who are receptive to constructive feedback and are willing to improve are the ones I will most likely return to for business. I found it helpful supplying this company with a typed-out checklist of specific cleaning requests, since some of my expectations for our rental unit are more detailed than might be asked of a typical house cleaner. This company also provides a basic checklist to their cleaners for all homes, which is pretty thorough. As the name suggests, they use naturally based cleaning agents, to keep their customers and staff healthy. I think they do a fantastic job! Way to go So Clean and Green! I had…read moresustained substantial water damage requiring the replacement of drywall in the ceiling and walls downstairs, plus some carpet repair, trim and baseboard replacement. Since I had such a great experience with them painting my exterior, I contacted them to do the painting after the repair work had been completed. I thought I'd have to hire specialists for each of these issues but Chaz assured me they could "do it all". And they did!! The team works together like a well-oiled machine - doing the repairs and painting with minimal delays. The biggest issue was matching existing paint color with the new areas. How many options in beige can there be? But it turned out perfectly. In addition to the repairs' I also contracted them to repaint the wall on my stair well (which is 2 stories high) and a facing wall. When all the work was finished, everything was cleaned up, even vacuumed, wall and ceiling fixtures replaced, and furniture put back. I highly recommend Coastal Painting for Kitsap.

The stain was an oil base and after it was applied, the deck was slippery. My grandson and I both slipped and fell on the deck. After talking to his worker, he said it shouldn't be slippery. Also, after morning mist, we noticed mold or algae coming through. After two weeks , Justin couldn't solve the problem. He did send someone to power wash the deck which took away the excess oil however the algae or mold is still present. The owner, Justin, says there is nothing else that could be done and refuses to remedy this issue. I WOULD NOT recommend this company or individual to work on any part of my house again. There is no follow through and after he gets his money he is on to the next job.
