The amount was a little higher than I had expected, so I contacted the company to say that I still wanted to use them, but I wanted to remove a couple of small things from the estimate. I was assured by both father (Greg?) and son, Brandon, that they would send me the revised estimate. Three days passed and I heard nothing from them. I called them 3 more times over the course of a week and a half and each time was assured they would send me the revised estimate ASAP. Well, y never got it.
