Quick response on the estimate, next day turn around to get the work done. Great crew that came out. In and out in a couple hours and cleaned up really nice before they left. Belligerent and unprofessional. Threw fallen limbs and tree top from recent storm from neighbors yard into my yard. Said neighbor told them to do it. When I asked why they did not contact the land owner (me) they said that they didn''t need to because their contract was with the neighbor. Then started yelling and told me that I should hire another company to remove the large piles of limbs. read more

If you are looking for a company to completely destroy your yard past the point of normal for a big job, leave the job unfinished, and go back on their word, this is the company for you ! Despite being told we didn't have to pay them until the job was done, they said their policy had "changed" and requested pay for the work done. My husband and I agreed without argument to pay them, because they were asking for the work completed. However, They didn't deserve a penny of what we paid them, and will have to pay a ton of money to fix the mess they did to our yard... along with other damages they caused. And I should have waited for them to fix the yard before hand. There is alot more to be said, but here is the main just of our experience. We had a really big job, 25 Leland cypress trees, 15 of which in a weird position between a fence and a pool. We went with this company despite the mediocre reviews because they offered to cut the trees for an extremely fair price. The original plan was for them to climb the trees and cut them. Which is why they were supposedly, so much cheaper. We figured whatever was done could be fixed and we would still save money. I went into this with all ready somewhat low expectations, and even those expectation were not meant. Through all of this though I am glad we did not finish with them, Because we hired a competent company to finish he job and not do any more damage to our yard. First, their language was awful. Didn't care because you get what you pay for. But then.... They quit when they were half way done on the first day, after dropping a tree on my 3 month old safety cover and puncturing it (after arguing that safety covers wear really easily when in a corner of a pool... they said they would patch..... but didn't). This same tree was also part of a tree that had "y'd" at the base, and was apparently beginning to rot.... Instead of finishing that tree they left it, and it fell within two days after a wind storm, into our neighbors yard. They were able to cut down a couple more trees the next day, and They then promised to bring in bigger equipment the following days. Which they didn't, until we had 6 inches of rain. In which case they finally brought a bucket truck. Despite our apprehension, they said they would fix the yard and level it once they got the bucket truck in. And we allowed them to try and get the bucket truck in our back yard after rain. They didn't get the truck in..... and They left 18 inch trenches in our front and back yard. Along with a tractor that leaked oil and gas for 4 days, even though I told them there tractor was leaking (I put an oil pan under the tractor to catch the oil, but apperently it spilt because of some feral cats we have). So, after about 5 days... our yard wreaked of gas and more grass was destroyed from said tractor (they had moved this tractor and left a giant oil spill before I realized said oil leak) they finally came back and got their tractor with the promise they would come back and finish. Only to dodge our calls.... And give us the excuse their equipment was broken. Never to be heard from. Again. read more

I wouldn't use these guys unless you get them to do everything all at one time. They were supposed to cut down 11 trees and remove the stumps and make my yard as though the trees has never been there. That's what we agreed to. They came out and removed the trees about 3 weeks after we'd talked initially. And then they told me to take out about $150 of what I owed them to pay the "stump guy" and that he would come the next day. That was over two months ago now And I still have the stumps. And I never heard from the stump guy. I tried to contact the guy at the number on the site here but now he won't return my messages. So these guys may give you a lower price, but be very wary. You may have to pay somebody else to finish their job. read more

This crew was able to fit me in within a week to cut down 2 large pine trees. Very negotiable prices. Came and got the job done at a very timely manner. Very clean and professional. Will definitely be using them again. read more

I signed a contract with this company on August 5, 2022. They have strung me along every since then. It rained almost everyday for 4 weeks, so I know that hampers any tree service. When the rain stopped, I never received a tentative date when they would begin. Wes, a supervisor, is the person I've been in contact with and the one who gave me the estimate. When I contacted him, to let him know I was going with another tree service, he was quick to respond, I owe a 15% cancelation fee. We went back and forth for a bit, until I refused to tolerate any more of his shenanigans. I have since found out a lot of information regarding this company. They have changed their name about 4 or 5 times and this fraudulent activity, dates back to his grandfather, who owned Adams Tree Service. When I became aware of one of their previous names, I realized this is the same company who cut trees in my front yard in 2017. There was an agreement then, I would pay them the following day, because they were still working in my yard early evening and I needed to go to work. At approximately 10:30 pm, Ryan Adam was knocking on my door, demanding the money. He continued for about 15-20 minutes, kicking my door and repeatedly ringing my doorbell. I called the police. He left before the police arrived. At around 7:30 am, the following morning, he started the same nonsense, ringing the doorbell and kicking my door. When I said I was going to call the police again, he left. When I went outside, all the tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee were flat. I could say so much more, but it's making me angry all over again.
