I have been a customer of Quality Landscaping for almost three months, and the lawn, tree, and shrub trimming services have been quite good. Although there were some initial issues, these have been resolved. Brandon, the General Manager of Quality Landscaping, addressed all my concerns and questions. While the service provided by Quality Landscaping is pricey, the quality justifies the cost. I have received compliments from my neighbors stating that I have one of the best-maintained lawns in the neighborhood, which is important to me. Quality Landscaping is a full-service company providing lawn care, weed control, and tree and shrub trimming. My lawn is mowed with varied patterns each time Quality Landscaping services it. To prevent damage and tracks, vary the cutting direction each time you mow a Bermuda lawn. Quality Landscaping is expensive; however, for a meticulously maintained lawn, they are a premier service provider in Byron and surrounding areas. I requested a bed cleanup this spring. They chopped down all the weeds with a weed eater. Now I have a ton of weeds and will end up doing myself. I told them I wanted them to hand pull the weeds. I also requested they adjust my sprinklers. They replaced one busted head, but one waters the neighbors' yard. I would absolutely NOT recommend these guys. Steer clear. No quality. Took my money and ran. read more

They did a great job cutting grass, weed eating, spraying for weeds, etc, however, in the process broke several of my yard lights and snake away repellents. read more

From start to finish Brendan from Quality Landscaping was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and personable. He steered us in the right direction to solve our "pond" problem in our backyard when it rains. Brendan said it would take one day to complete and was spot on. Our backyard no longer has standing water when it rains. It rained torrentially the day after completion and I received a call from asking how well the work was doing and a reiteration to call him there are any problems. I have had Parker from GLW out to work several projects for me and he has always been extremely professional and incredibly courteous! His work has been outstanding and the pricing is way better than other companies in the local area. On several occasions he has given me advice (free of charge, of course) on how to take better care of my new lawn and tips on how to make my yard healthier and prettier. I spoke with some one on May 14, a Friday, and was suppose to get a quote by the following Monday or Tuesday. They were told to come by anything, even if I was not home and we could discuss prices over the phone if needed. No one ever showed up or called. Very unprofessional in the business manner that he exerts towards people. I have some equipment for sale, belonging to my late husband (i'm an Iraqi war widow). I met the arrogant smartas* man thru email, as he decided to pick on a young lady, playing with the idea of me being "female", and as if I don't know how to price equipment accordingly. I had the local equipment dealer price the machinery, and tld me i'd have cheap lowballers contact me. Well, the number 1 Lowballing arrogant person to contact me with his smartas* and rude ways, was Mr wallace, owner of Georgia lawn works. Choose who you deal with people. Caring company owners??
