I left a voice message, and he called me very soon after. I remember feeling a sense of comfort and calmness after speaking to him bc he seemed genuinely interested in helping me and also accommodated an appointment to see me as soon as was possible. In person, about 2-3 days later. Because it was social anxiety, I knew I wanted to see someone in person. So we met in person. His office is plain and he had the word "believe".
