Dr. Chase (and his assistant Jasmine), the DCA staff, and the building/lobby/rooms were WAY more than I expected. My appointment went well. Staff were friendly and experienced. I purchased glasses, sunglasses and contacts. Comparatively, after the add ons of scratch resistance and anyi-glares, the pricing was significantly more than getting the same from my previous provider. Top notch exam and fitting. In other words, I purchased the same price range frames, exact same contacts and added the same coatings, but the add-ons here were apparently much higher, as I did have sticker shock of over $400 more than expected, based on previous experience with another provider. Also, I did not like that the written prescription was not provided, thus, I was unable to purchase additional items elsewhere, without going back in to request a copy of my script. I should have asked for it to start with, I accept blame for that. In summary, good service, good products, prices seem inflated compared to others.
