The dentist made him come back in on a Saturday -- guys, a SATURDAY. We spent a lot of money repairing his jaw/mouth but it was so worth it and we are so appreciative of the attention we received. Today was just a cleaning, polish & fluoride... which, btw, they have a new unflavored variety that I found completely non-offensive! YaY! After my cleaning, the doc came in for a check &, thankfully, it's still just the one failed root canal awaiting treatment at the endeodontist (Who will have a separate review, if i ever get in! 10mo so far) Services were fully covered by insurance, woth no put of pocket & I'll be back mid-July.

Went back this last week and this Dollar General Dr of Dentistry was going thru options drill and fill, root canal with crowns and other options. He would NOT listen when multiple times I repeated... I WANT DENTURES, I DON'T WANT MY TEETH ANYMORE. I got up and walked after he said, and I quote "But your teeth are good." Ladies and Gentleman this is a lie. to attempt to get me back multiple times and thousand of $$$$ more than what I would eventually end up with is dentures.

Then the day before the appointment, they call and give you a different time to confirm and say their system shows something else, even though I always had proof of the correct time on my phone. This has happened to me more than once. Today they made me wait for an hour and a half. It wasted my time and was very disappointing. It is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients time. This is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager responsible for these repeated scheduling issues should be held accountable, This level of disorganization and disregard for patients time is completely unacceptable! I'm changing to a different dental office and will never come back here again.

His attention to detail and patience to "get it just right" are second to none. While having some crowns redone and working with a lab on the shade of the crowns etc... at a couple of points I was like "It's good enough." Dr. Landsiedel disagreed. He worked with myself and the lab until the shade was a perfect match and I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Dakota Square dental and Dr. Landsiedel for any dental needs.
