At first I wasn't going to tell him I was a stylist myself but quickly felt as though I had to because I was in Awwwh at the way he cuts. He was extremely precise, asked me about my likes and dislikes of my hair, made suggestions and his technique was that of an artist. He took his time with me and didn't not rush at all. I came to FL about eight years ago to take care of my elderly mother and this was her place. Her hair was cut here, and Perms were done here. She also got her Manis and Pedis here. I brought her at least once a month and often more. Along the way I started getting my own pedicure. Soooo, this is a five-year update review. Customer Service- Exceptional! They are especially good at accommodating changes in appointment times when needed. My pedicurist Texts so there is no need to play VM tag and that is much appreciated! Cleanliness- They are obsessed! Everything is sanitized and sterilized to the Nth degree. I have zero worries about cross-contamination. Performance- I am always seated within five minutes of the appointed time. I never have a complaint and there is never a slip and any pain. The foot and leg massages are included and excellent. Pricing- My Pedi has always been $35 + tip even through and after the pandemic. I find that very fair. There is a reason these fine folks have been around for over thirty years! I didn't know better at the time and just figured that's what happens with bleaching. I went back to him and he did it again, but this time burned my scalp. I decided I was never bleaching my hair again. I started watching YouTube videos on coloring and wondered why my hair never turns out like that. Cue Betsy, the Goddess of hair coloring. I was nervous to bleach my hair but I wanted red so bad. Believe me when I say I cried a bit when I saw and ran my hands through the finished product. My hair felt healthy and the color was so perfect. Before the appointment I showed her pictures of the style and colors I wanted and she matched it PERFECTLY. I will NEVER go anywhere else.
