I love the variety of yoga classes offered at the studio- from rest restorative classes to more active workout yoga classes. I love that they offer different services right at the studio to support you throughout your pregnancy too, such as pelvic floor physiotherapy and prenatal massages. The studio itself is beautiful and they have a friendly community. All the instructors thoughtfully plan out their classes and I am impressed every time. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a calm and welcoming yoga space that offers a wide variety of classes to try out.

Master is an amazing person and you feel welcome from the first moment you walk on the property until you go home we left today with total relaxation, having learned many techniques to meditation, relaxation of the mind. I always walk my dog by this place and finally looked up what it was! This wellness center has…read moreeverything! Chiropractor, massage therapist, mental health counselors, nutrition experts and yoga. I went to the Tuesday night yoga class run by Joanna and it was wonderful! This hatha yoga class focused on relaxation. It was a 90 minute candle lit yoga session filled with light stretching, mindfulness and guided meditation. She even has tea for her Yogi's. The best part is the cost- only $5.00! She also teaches a more fitness based yoga class every Sunday morning at 9am for the same price. If you want to be a frequent yogi, you can get a 4 class pass for $20.00. I purchased the 4 class pass because I was so impressed with it. I can't wait to try the Sunday class. Here's a little tip, it's cash only so make sure you bring it with you. Also, you do not have to bring your own equipment- the studio has everything you will need but you're welcome to bring your own if you like.

My wife and I enjoy our trips to Tai Chi classes and the bus outings. Everyone is so friendly…read moreespecially Amy. Al and George make learning Tai Chi fun and the time flies by. Amy keeps thing happening on the bus trips to Rama and always has a smile for everyone so if you make a donation to the casino you don't feel so bad on the way home. Yoga with Dan was great even for chubby old guy. Too bad there is no more yoga at the centre. Even meditation classes would be nice. Still lots of other activities. My wife likes the lunches and loved the Halloween Costume lunch. The place is always nicely decorated for different holidays throughout the year.
