Willow yoga studio is an amazing space. Staff and instructors make you feel like you are part of a family. Even though the class my have 10-14 students, it feels like you have your own personal instructor. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health. read more

I have been going to Willow now for over a year and it is such a fabulous studio! I started last year attending their pilate classes and now I am regularly taking their prenatal yoga class. I love the variety of yoga classes offered at the studio- from rest restorative classes to more active workout yoga classes. I love that they offer different services right at the studio to support you throughout your pregnancy too, such as pelvic floor physiotherapy and prenatal massages. The studio itself is beautiful and they have a friendly community. All the instructors thoughtfully plan out their classes and I am impressed every time. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking for a calm and welcoming yoga space that offers a wide variety of classes to try out. read more

I've attended Willow regularly since July 2018. The friendly staff and instructors immediately add to a sense of acceptance and welcome. They have a wide variety of yoga classes from restorative to strengthening and many in between. They also have Pilates classes. This is a great studio for beginner and experienced yogis alike. Highly recommend! read more

Willow is a place of deep calm. Classes are easy to book and very thoughtfully planned. Yoga class descriptions on MINDBODY are accurate and helpful. All members of staff are considerate and respectful. read more

I have been attending classes at Willow for over three years, and I can truly say it's been the best experience I've had at any yoga studio. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming, there is a wide variety of classes offered for all levels of experience, and specialized classes for those over 50. But the best part of Willow is the instructors and staff. Every one of them is professional, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend you check them out - lots of trial and membership options. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Angela D.

Angela (she/her) is the Owner and Director of the Willow Studio. She is also a 200 hr Certified Yoga Instructor, Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Practitioner, and Certified Teacher for Children with Special Needs. Her teachings are intuitive and a synergistic blend of alignment principles, accessibility, and heart centered themes, encouraging students to explore their physical, emotional, and energetic body.
