So if you are new to the studio or to yoga, then I highly recommend signing up for the one week beginner trial and trying as many classes as you can to get a feel for all the different classes and teachers. There are many teachers who I love and connect with, and to be honest their are some who's teaching styles don't speak to me. That's the beauty of this place and all the options. I did see someone leave a one star review that only took one class, and said that this place is only for beginners. I've been doing yoga for years, and have taken Flow and Power Flow classes at this studio with Faye, Chantal, and Virginia where they tried to guide you through more advanced poses/ techniques. Even in the gentle flow classes that I've taken with Faye and Darby, they give you the space to make it your own practice and go into more advanced techniques if you have them in your practice during their class. They always offer different options for everyone in class, based on their experience/ practice/ body. I also highly recommend taking breathwork with Elaine on Monday nights and the sound bath on Sunday nights, and give it a second chance if you're tried it once before. Walked in today after few years of not being there and took a morning class with one of their teachers. She was very nice, kind, pleasant and knew her job well. They provide mat for $5.00 but, I didn't pay since I had my own mat with me. They also provide knee pads, blocks and bolsters. Bring yourself a bottle of water to hydrate yourself. Class lasted for 55 minutes. Class was not too difficult, and they go with the right pace to accommodate with beginners, and people who have been doing yoga for some time now. I really enjoyed the class and looking forward to going back. They have different prices for different classes and membership. For those who are interested. They also offer an online classes. Check the schedule. Place is clean, it's not too small, and can fit 14 to 17 people. Parking is in the back and that's all I have to say about today's visit. Namaste :-)

There have definitely been periods when I've been on and off, especially during the pandemic or just because life was lifing, but I'm happy to see this studio still going strong after all these years. Jordan, the owner, is absolutely phenomenal, and there are several instructors and classes that I absolutely love and highly recommend. I really enjoy Jordan's hot yoga flow classes, and my other favorites include Jaimi (yes, we share the same name and spelling!), who teaches an excellent hot yoga sculpt class, and Manndola of DolaFit. If you take Manndola's class, come prepared and get your mind right because you are going to WORK! His classes are a great mix of cardio and strength training, and I've always walked out feeling like I can do anything. I also really enjoyed Ashby's classes and definitely miss taking them. There have been quite a few instructors who have come and gone over the years, and while I recommend some more than others, that's really just a matter of personal preference and instructor style. I love a challenging class, so difficulty isn't an issue for me--it's more about the overall energy and vibe of the instructor. One thing to keep in mind is that a lot of the classes can get packed, so I recommend getting there at a good time to find parking and get settled in. Parking can be tough at times, especially when classes are busy. After nearly eight years, I'm still happy to support Jordan and White Heat Yoga. It's great to see a local studio continue to thrive for so long, and if you're looking for hot yoga, sculpt, cardio, or strength-focused classes, I definitely recommend checking them out.
