I have taken the most classes with Tracey. I absolutely love her as a teacher. She is so kind, patient, and supportive. I have learned a lot from her as an instructor. She always has a really good quote at the end of the session. She has brought in a sound bowl for us and that was legitimately one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! I recommend this place to everybody! They work with all levels and there is such a large variety of classes to choose from.

The price was very reasonable, but you also have the option booking on ClassPass! The classes range from very easy to pretty intense. I consider myself to be pretty skilled, I practice yoga multiple times a week. I love the instructor Rosalba, I find her classes to be the perfect level of challenge. Her playlist is great and I usually walk away from the class learning something new. Her "Flow: All Levels" class gives opportunities for inversions and more advanced poses. Anyone who is interested in investing in their health should start yoga, and there is no better place to start than The Yoga Garden. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was. Sensei Al teaches Zen in the traditional way, but is not off-putting, stuffy or dismissive of those who are just starting out. It was a great retreat, and even though I live a few hours away from his Zen center, I definitely will be driving up there one weekend to do some meditation and hear some dharma talks there.

Every class has been powerful, eye-opening, and deeply healing. You can really feel the care and intention Shannon and her team put into everything they offer. I also had a shamanic session with Shannon, and it was incredible -- she's intuitive, kind, and really knows how to hold space in a sacred, safe way. I used to self diagnose and try to fix stuff at home and honestly that helped but it was like putting a bandaid on a deeper issue: I feel Flexx: IMT really helped me get to the root cause and fix movement patterns and soft tissue issues that lead to the discomfort and pain in the first place. She offers thee 75 min. classes for only $10/class (Mon., Thurs. and Sat.) which are always challenging and fun. It is the best way to de-stress and lose weight. Classes are offered in a spacious room with a courtyard view - absolutely beautiful environment! She also does workshop classes for those new to yoga. Do not hesitate to give her class a try. They have absolutely changed my life! She is the best!
