This has been my fav yoga spot for two years. I like everything about it but mostly how huge the windows are, how cozy they make the night classes, and that gigantic deck/garden in the back. I have taken the most classes with Tracey. I absolutely love her as a teacher. She is so kind, patient, and supportive. I have learned a lot from her as an instructor. She always has a really good quote at the end of the session. She has brought in a sound bowl for us and that was legitimately one of the most relaxing experiences of my life! I recommend this place to everybody! They work with all levels and there is such a large variety of classes to choose from. read more

A really lovely yoga studio. The environment is peaceful and tranquil, with plenty of natural lighting. I'm in town for the week and I purchased their five class pack. The price was very reasonable, but you also have the option booking on ClassPass! The classes range from very easy to pretty intense. I consider myself to be pretty skilled, I practice yoga multiple times a week. I love the instructor Rosalba, I find her classes to be the perfect level of challenge. Her playlist is great and I usually walk away from the class learning something new. Her "Flow: All Levels" class gives opportunities for inversions and more advanced poses. Anyone who is interested in investing in their health should start yoga, and there is no better place to start than The Yoga Garden. I recommend coming early before class, since the room fills up fairly quickly! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEM. My husband and I bought 2 passes from them last year, total of $340 (photos below). Life happened and we could not go to the classes that year. I called them last month asking if they could refund the money for the passes as we did not use even one of them. They said no they could not. I called today asking that I could not see the passes anymore as I was trying to schedule a class, and they said it expires after a year. I'm sure that cluster was written in small somewhere when I bought it last year not no where in the receipt that they had emailed me (attached below) was that written. They are their own studio and could easily extend that to a few more months if they wanted but they just would not. We literally went through health issues and could not go to the yoga classes and wanted them to extend for a month. They just kept saying it expired. Very sad and frustrating. Also $340 is not cheap at all. read more

One of their instructors - PJ (while also publicly advertising this business and her yoga sessions) - harassed, bullied, and antagonized me and others on a public forum. She singled people out, though our activity didn't involve her at all, and began cursing and slinging personal insults and verbally attacking people. I calmly asked her to please reconsider her tone and speak to others with respect, she doubled down and intensified her rage and insults. Imagine the irony in discovering this woman teaches yoga. It's clearly all a carefully constructed act. I would never in a million years interact with someone who has so much rage in them, especially for yoga, where I expect calmness and peace. Please reconsider this establishment. You won't find any zen or compassion with a hateful instructor. read more

Very grateful that Loren opened this naturally lit, clean studio just outside of my hometown (satellite beach, FL). Just what the area needed. The schedule is full and varied, classes offered all day ranging from core specialty to a faster paced Vinyasa to healing yin, even the occasional goat yoga class (yes they poop everywhere :) ) As a yoga instructor, I can tell you it is not easy to keep such a colorful schedule staffed. I was in Melbourne, visiting from Chicago and wanted to take a few yoga classes. I happened upon The Yoga Garden and took a gentle yoga class with Cindy Jo. First, let me say that The Yoga Garden is so cute. I loved the atmosphere, which had a very organic "barn house" feel. There was some retail, but not in your face or overwhelming (essential oils, jewelry, tanks, etc). There were also lots of beautiful air plants and succulents throughout the studio. There is a garden in back and everything is so clean and well maintained. As for the class, Cindy Jo was great. The class was organized and she was very thorough. There was a good balance to the class and flowed very nicely. I wish there was a studio like this in Chicago. I will definitely attend one of Cindy Jo's classes when I am visiting again! read more

The review for this place is long overdue. Though I think Yoga Garden doesnt really need any reviews, I still wanna say few things. After moving to Melbourne, Ive found The Yoga Garden, and its my fav place of all. They have great teachers, great ambiance, great students. After every class, I feel positive and just great about myself. Such positive energy everywhere. I usually take Loren and Melissa's classes but ive to say every instructor is fantastic. Yoga garden is just not about yoga, its learning about yourself, finding peace, finding calmness and feeling grounded. Its just so much more. The Yoga Garden is the place to do yoga in Satellite Beach. Every instructor is well trained, super friendly, calm and helpful in every way. This is the only studio I will go to in Satellite Beach. Her alignment cues demonstrated both her knowledge of the body and awareness of students in her class. Her flow had both yin and yang, a little more skewed to yin. Love the atmosphere and look of this yoga studio. Lots of natural light and beautiful accents. The instructors have all been friendly and very knowledgeable. The classes can be full but they continue to make arrangements to maximize the class space. You can sign up online for the class ahead of time and there are discount passes if you commit to 5 or 10 classes. They also sell jewelry/candles at such reasonable prices. Not pushy at all, just laid out in the back but great quality. Ended up getting 4 Christmas gifts after classes. Fantastic addition to the area and absolutely perfect job on set up and decor. read more

The Yoga Garden is my favorite yoga studio! It is the most beautiful yoga studio I have ever been in, and have a very homey feel to it! I love that it has a garden in the back where people can grow their own produce, and kids are learning to grow plants and how to compost! I live 30 minutes away and have yoga studios 5 min away from me that are good, but I would rather drive the 30 minutes to take a class at The Yoga Garden. Loren, the owner, is so sweet, she really knows her stuff, and she speaks very well! I want to record her when she is talking in class so I can listen to it when I do my home practice.
