My husband had a upper and lower denture made here. The denture on the top was falling out of his mouth and the lower denture was impossible to eat with . When he went to the office to have the plates relined the lining that was put in was a gooey mess which after a couple days was gone. They kept telling him he wouldn't get a good fit and the permanent lining couldn't be done until a year was up because his teeth were just removed and there was a shrinking factor.He some how managed to make the year struggling to eat and speak properly. .He was charged $ 800. for this permanent lining and his tongue could still go under the bottom plate. He cant bite into a sandwich ( he has to cut his food into pieces). He still has a lisp because of a poor fit .It is 1 1/2 years. When he bit into a sandwich yesterday ,the plate broke in half right through the tooth, He went to the office and now had to pay $150 to glue them and because he waited over a year they are no longer on warranty .Yet they wouldn't do anything for him because he had to wait a year before they could fit him properly. He was charged $ 5600 plus another $ 800 for the liner. I have just purchased a new set of dentures at another denture place , Total price $ 3000. I don't think anyone cares about the people they serve at this office . No customer service and we now have to go elsewhere to purchase again.

I had a pretty significant ski accident in January 2011. A co-worker had recommended I go to a…read morephysio place in town, and I did. However, after a couple visits, I was told I was good to go. Clearly I wasn't, because my knee was nowhere near stable, and I was not really getting better. By the way, this review is absolutely about my experience, and NOT because I know Mel, who runs Collegiate. I am a self-labeled consumer advocate who just wants to help people make the right choices. Anyway, I went there in the early summer of 2011, clearly frustrated about the knee. The tests that were performed were over and above what was done at the previous physio place. And the prescribed exercises helped a lot, when combined with urban hikes (ask me what an urban hike is, if you're curious) and regular hiking. I re-injured it again this year, and again, after a few months of it not really getting better fast enough, I returned to see what the problem was this time. It wasn't exactly the same injury this time. And sure enough, the stretches prescribed have made a difference right away, provided I keep them up in the prescribed intervals. They have moved to a new location which I think will be HUGE for them, and for accessibility to all.
