My mother recently moved from…read moreCalifornia to Georgia, and before the move my aunt contacted Dr. Umerah's office to see if she's able to prescribe the gov. controlled medications my mother's pain mgnt Dr. in California prescribed; they told her she was able to. Fast forward, my mother has see the doctor only 1-2 times and as it turns out the doctor is unable to fill one of her regulated medications. They put in a referral for pain mgnt, but the doctors assistant YOLANDA is terrible at returning calls and following up. She is unprofessional and screens my mothers calls as well as mine. Due to the unprofessiinalism and lack of honesty when it comes to my mother I'll be finding a different doctor for her, as it's been made clear that they no longer want to take her on as a patient outside of her pain mgnt needs.

The staff was nice, but to blatantly rip someone off is not ok. I will find another primary care before I allow someone to continuously rob me in front of my face. I think they give more B12 than anything.
