Working with Dr. Dave Shapiro has been absolutely necessary for my sports performance. I'm competing in a weightlifting competition soon and wanted to improve my health on all angles. One of my first appointments with him came just in time when I hurt my back and in the middle of a work out. I came in barely able to move or even breathe comfortably and left his office feeling at least 70% better! After years of going to standard chiropractors with similar adjustments and approaches, I have finally found someone who has a rational approach to corrective back care. By examining several X-rays and having an in depth consultation, Dr. Shapiro has a good idea of what actions to take to adjust my spine back to normal. I've been seeing Dr. Shapiro for several weeks now for treatment of neck pain caused by arthritis in my upper spine. The results have been wonderfully unexpected. Not only is my neck pain improved, but I've noticed significant improvement in areas not planned on. I've had to take sleeping pills for years to get thru the night and feel rested. I thought that this would be a lifelong issue. Because of his expert care I am now sleeping thru the night unaided by medication.
