Meanwhile, she's active on Instagram promoting the gym but can't take two minutes to respond to a paying member trying to cancel? Just a simple "Your cancellation has been confirmed" It's beyond unprofessional. As a gym owner, communication and customer service should be a priority, yet she's clearly avoiding handling this. What makes it even worse is that the sign-up link says you can cancel, but apparently that's not the case when the owner refuses to acknowledge or confirm anything. I've never dealt with such terrible service. If you're considering joining this gym, I'd highly advise looking elsewhere.
