My daughter insisted that we visit this new store. I am a tea-lover and was very pleased with the mango green tea I ordered. The bubbles are an acquired taste but not something I would add to my drink. The store is well-appointed and spacious. The background music was appealing and had me singing along while I waited for my order. There was only one visible employee in the store. Service was slow as a result.

Nice place to hang with friends or get some work done. The inside is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. There's a good amount of drinks that are offered so anyone can find something they'll like. Some favorites are the classic pearl milk tea, kiwi fruit tea with aiyu jelly, mango passion fruit to name a few. You can customize drinks to your liking with different ice levels and sweetness levels if the drinks allow it. Drink prices are probably some of the best compared to other places in the area. Service is friendly and efficient. They also always have good music playing to pair with the ambiance! They are a little tucked away from street view but they are located across from Panera bread next to Paco's Tacos.

This is my first time trying this place and it's pretty good. I like the variety of drinks and the different flavors to choose from. I had the Mango with ice cream and it was delish. My daughter loves boba, so we have to try any new place that pops up. She said she would definitely come back for more goodness.

I am glad they opened closer to my home. Ice blended coffee with ice cream is my go to drink. Taste delicious! Service is good.

The inside of Sharetea looked really clean and aesthetic. Parking was very spacey outside as well. The staff was nice and quick with our orders. We ordered 4 drinks: the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream ($6.65), the Taro Ice Blended with Pudding ($6.65), the Lime Mojito with Lychee Jelly ($5.75 + $0.75 for the lychee jelly) & the Kiwi Fruit Tea with Aiyu Jelly ($5.75). They all tasted so good! All the drinks did not lack any flavor. My personal favorite would have to be the Taro Ice Blended with Pudding since the taro tasted so rich. Prices were decent as well since Sharetea has only one large size available for their drinks (just like the one in Metairie). I'd definitely come back here if I'm craving some boba. If you live in the Westbank area & are craving some Sharetea boba, you don't have to go all the way to the Metairie area anymore... it's right here in Harvey!

The new Sharetea location on the west bank is a great addition to this side of the city. There's plenty of parking, located near other food options as well. Staff was quick and friendly despite ordering about 10 drinks all at one time for a party. We tried to keep things simple for them with minimal customizations. Check out the photo below to see all of the drinks we have... My personal go to is the Honey Lemonade w/ Aloe Vera... especially since it's decaffeinated. @phidingthefam

My friend and her daughter came in and with all four workers behind the counter not one person even acknowledge them when they came in. Outside was pouring down hard and they had their umbrellas and asked where they could put it to not wet their floor and no one answered them. When I parked and went inside, I was also not greeted. I did notice they all were chatting among themselves and a girl and Austin my cashier making a face at each other while glancing at my autistic nephew. I was about to gather my group and just walk out but it's my nephew's birthday request to get a drink from there. I might think twice if I want to spend my money here again. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior toward my autistic nephew! When I placed my order which came up to almost $30 and I asked why I couldn't enter my number to get my points. Austin keeps repeating that the server is down. I understand the server is down but my question is how will they honor my points that I should have received today. Austin had to ask another worker and she told me to use Clover to get my points. Well Clover didn't work and I showed her the apps and she didn't know how to enter on the Clover apps to get my points. At this point, I just don't care about the points. Two stars because my group enjoyed their drinks but customer service sucks!

Yum Tra -- 4 Okay…read morefirst things first... BABY when I say options?? OPTIONS. The menu is LONG. Like you really need a minute. Sitting in that drive-thru, I was going back and forth with myself because everything looked good. I was this close to getting the Very Berry Matcha, and that Honeydew Melon and Pineapple?? Whew... that was a STRONG contender for me. But I ended up going with the Peach Colada and I'm not mad at it at all. It gave smoothie vibes, fruity, nicely sweetened, and the texture? That's what stood out to me. Smooth. Not clumpy. Not thick in a weird way. I didn't have to shake it up or fight with it like some boba drinks do. It was just right. Now let's talk about my son, the real boba critic in this house He got the Panda Boba with pandan jelly and matcha crème cold foam. And when I say I took a sip and immediately got jealous?? Yeah. It had this caramel coffee type vibe going on. Super good. He loved it too, but they forgot the matcha cold foam, and that dropped his rating. And listen, we take our ratings serious in this house lol. They do serve food, which we didn't try this time. Everything is made to order, so that did slow the line down a little because the car in front of us ordered food. Honestly though, I didn't mind because I needed that extra time to figure out what I wanted anyway. Now the only real downside for me outside of the missing cold foam... That drive-thru. It's tight. Like you can tell people be struggling pulling out of there. Definitely one of those drive careful type situations. Overall though, I'll definitely be back. The quality is there, the flavors are there, and I still got my eye on that Honeydew Melon and Pineapple. Yum Tra, you got me coming back for round two

Now let's talk about breakfast: Weekday around lunch. About 1/4 of seats taken. As best I could tell, 2 or 3 servers. Coffee, OJ and soda brought promptly after ordering. FYI - drinks reasonably priced. I opted for Spinach & Swiss omelette, hash browns well done and biscuit. He opted for Meatlover's omelette, hash browns and toast. 25 minutes later breakfast was served. Husband's order was fine: tasty omelette, and the toast was well buttered. Mine? The Swiss was sticking out of the omelette and it was a slice not melted. The cheese inside the omelette was melted, and overall it had good flavor. The hash browns had good flavor, but they were not well done. The biscuit was not buttered - there was butter on the table - and it was nice and dense to support slathering it in jelly. The waitress checked on us a couple of times. I made no comment whether it was good or bad, because I was going to eat it anyway. As a general rule I don't send things back, and in this instance given the time it took to get it, I was starved and certainly wasn't sending it back. Leftovers box and checkout was super quick. This experience: 2 stars; averaging to 4 stars for restaurant overall. Will continue to use for pastries, but won't be back for another sit down experience.

This unassuming spot in a strip mall was gorgeous inside. And it serves coffee, pastries, ice cream plus y'know candy. AND they roast their own nuts, spices and I guess coffee beans. There were definitely folks hanging out and enjoying a Turkish style coffee... I guess either the caffeine doesn't hit them the way it does me or they had no plans to sleep. The candy isn't labeled 100% correctly but you kind of know that gummy worms are not gummy strawberries. I tried an assortment bag of gummies and some of chocolates and the price was by the pound. Re got some freshly roasted unsalted cashews and they were delicious! Parking is easy in the strip mall lot. And as you step in you definitely leave Louisiana and step into another country.

I settled on popcorn caramel and baklava in a waffle bowl. An employee said that everything was made in-house. The price was standard considering that all was made there. The service was weird. I kept getting served after people who'd gotten there after me. My ice cream scoops were significantly smaller than my boyfriend's. Returning isn't high on my list of priorities, but I'm glad I tried them.
