Received a quote cheaper than our 3 previous quotes and the customer service from Micah Cunningham was great. The only delay in our service was weather, which none of us could control. The roof was replaced in one day, with unforeseen costs being rotted wood under the shingles. These costs were communicated prior but because of the rising cost of wood, it still stung a little. The gutters were put on the following week. They did an amazing job and our end unit townhome had a real face lift. There was another unforeseen cost due to a slight miscommunication but Micah remedied this and adjusted the cost.
