Tow service never calls when they arrive or knocks on address door, they just text saying drivers here come outside . I see text 5 minutes after it was sent , spent 20 minutes standing out side in snow . I call and text Bradleys NO ANSWER, I finally give up go in and call VW roadside assistance. VW roadside states driver drove by , did not see anyone standing by car. so he left . ( the car is in the driveway of the address given) Id say " CRAP SERVICE" By Bradey's. I'd also say maybe rest of the 5 star reviews are FAKE

This towing company is a special delivery from hell. Even if your insurance company authorized these guys, like ours did, avoid at all costs. Held car hostage for 6+ weeks and delivered it to the designated bodyshop in the middle of the night with further damages. Smashed windows and windshields Causing water damages. Plastic covering the windows provided by bodyshop to prevent further water damage They didn't drop off the car to the bodyshop as they supposed to and held the car hostage for 6 weeks, ignoring calls and emails from insurance company and their legal team. Only responding to email and making threatening calls when given 1 star review. After receiving settlement from the lawyer, they tried to extort more money by removing the totally damaged car from the lot. the insurance tower that came to pick up the car from the supposed lot couldn't find the car. The lot owner said it was there before.

Bought me coffee on the way to the police collision center, got me the collision form and a pen, waited patiently for over an hour while I made the report, waited happily while I filed a claim with the insurance company, then drove to CarStar.
