Decided to stop by this place while passing through on interstate 94/80. I ordered on DoorDash for pickup so it will be ready as soon as I arrive. I ordered the three combo meal of shrimp, catfish nuggets and shrimp with came with fries and some hot sauce and mild sauce. The food was fresh and prepared pretty well and seasoned with that lemon pepper seasoning. The employees here are very nice and helpful towards customers and it was pretty busy when I arrived. Overall my experience was nice and I would not mind coming back again soon if I'm in the area. read more

First sharks I went to that don't sell sandwiches. Which is crazy then ever. But the chicken is ok

I went here because I was looking for something with a drive thru that wasn't the typical fast food. The food itself was decent and they actually have several types of fish available and other seafood as well. This is no Long John Silvers either. They make each order as you order. That said, the comment from Jazzica about the speed of service was spot on. They need to fix that. When I first arrived, there was a van at the menu board. After they were sitting for 10 minutes or so, I started to wonder if some employee had just parked there and they didn't really use the drive thru. Eventually, the van pulled up. And it was my turn to wait for minutes until they asked for my order. And I pulled up to the window and sat again. They need to learn to multi-task and get more than one order in the fryer at a time. It's not fast food when it takes 20 minutes. If you've got the time or can call ahead, it's good food but not worth that type of wait. read more

Then called back 5 minutes later to place an order and was told not catfish steaks. Really. How do you have fis and no steaks. Where are they getting this fish from. O. I couldn't get my order because instead of the manager or whoever taking the time to help me, he rather fuss at the other employees and talk on the phone. The Owner of sharks is Very Rude an Unfriendly, Argumentative, and he is a Bully. I was given broken catfish steaks as I tried to let him know I was in the drive through line an checked my bag while in my car an then came in to get my order redone so as not to hold up the drive line he told me I did not follow his instructions that he has posted , as I tried to let him know that I did he would talk over me constantly fussing showing an unnecessary hostile behavior for a supposed to be business man . They didn't deserve even 1 star. Horrible customer service. I pulled up in drive through and no one said anything... I said hello and waited 3 minutes. Then I decided to blow the horn and I was told was "one minute". So then when she finally came back after 2 more minutes later, her greeting was "can I help you?" So I placed my order, get to the window and it took another 2 minutes for her to come tell me my total. Mind you, I'm the only customer in drive through and NO ONE is in the store except maybe 1 customer. So she then comes and tells me my total. I dispute it and tell her on the board it says something different, she interrupts me in the middle of my sentence and says no that's for something else. I told her ok I still wanted it. She then walks away for over 2 minutes. I didn't even wait for her to come back... I pulled off. I placed an order this evening. I was given a ticket number with a wait time of 10-15 minutes. When I arrived there, there were three cars in front of me at the drive thru. I waited 15 minutes before someone ask to take my order and I gave the ticket number I was given. Got to the window to wait another 10 to 15 minutes before someone to come to the window. I was ask was I waiting on an order, so I gave the ticket number that I was given for the lady to say we don't have an order with that ticket number I can take your order now and it will be another 10 minute wait. read more
