Vanilla Soft Serve with caramel drizzle
    Tina T.

The size of these snow cones were enormous! The Megladon had soft serve mixed in which was great. The regular Sno cones were as expected-- flavored ice. It hit the spot on the 92 degree day! The service was awesome. I didn't know you could add a syrup topping to the soft serve in a cone until after I had paid. Although it does cost extra, the sno cone vendor added caramel topping at no extra charge. Kids were happy, adults were happy! Thank You Sharky's!

Ummm the best homemade Carmel Brownie Ice Cream I have ever had. The pieces of Brownie were so big…read moreand fresh and the ice cream was so smooth. I mixed it with Chocolate in a waffle cone and it was delicious. 1 scoop and you can choose two flavors, was more than enough for me. Like 2 scoops at most joints. My husband got the Toasted Coconut and he said as a self proclaimed Ice Cream Expert that it could be his #1Ever! So much so that I am admitting here only we went twice in one day it was that good. The second go around we both tried the banana pudding and it was Bonkers. So tasty, and not to sweet, huge pieces of soft vanilla cookies and just the right amount of banana. The service was quick (both times- don't judge me) and everyone was kind. Much better than any other spot in or around HH. I love that it's also family owned, always a plus for me. Can't wait for our next trip. That will be my first stop.

We were hoping to find a place in Hilton Head that had delicious homemade ice cream. This place had…read moregood mango sorbet, but the actual ice cream was just okay for most flavors. Some of the flavors we tried we would not have eaten so I am glad that they had samples. The base flavor of some of the ice cream seemed watery vs creamy and vanilla. The cookie dough and the Reese's peanut butter cup were the only ones I actually thought were decent out of the options I tried. I could see how some people love this place, but the ice cream was not for us. If I had to go back I would get mango sorbet and stay away from the ice cream. We thought perhaps they went for quantity (big scoops) over quality (I only liked 2 of the 7 flavors I tried - not all of these were samples, my husband ordered two scoops and our girls had ice cream too). They have tons of flavors so maybe we would have liked more if we had time to try more. The service was fine and the ambiance was pretty nice since we had excellent weather. Overall: definitely not worth the high cost, we would not go again.

This place is definitely a gem. We come to the island every year and we didn't know it existed…read more Their ice-cream was so good we had to come back for more the next day. Their crew is very friendly & helpful. I assume is a family-run business because you can feel it in the way their product and customer service are: great. Their location seems pretty busy (which is good) but you don't really have to wait too long to order. The ambiance is very much inspired in Italy's culture. You see it on the walls, the tables and of course: the music they play. I ordered the biscotto flavored ice cream and it was absolutely delicious. Everything I needed after dinner that night. We'll definitely be back next summer. Ps: their dog is the cutest thing ever. I love they have the dog on their shirts as well.

Absolutely outstanding wood-fired pizza!…read more My wife and I stopped in and ordered the LaLa and the Veggie Pie -- both were fantastic. The LaLa had the perfect balance of spicy banana peppers, olives, and Italian sausage on that crispy, charred crust with San Marzano sauce. The Veggie was loaded with fresh spinach, mushrooms, peppers, onions, and olives, and still managed to feel light and flavorful instead of heavy. The wood-fired oven really makes a difference -- crispy edges with just the right amount of char, and high-quality ingredients throughout. Great atmosphere, friendly service, and solid craft beer selection too. Local Pie is easily one of our favorite spots on Hilton Head. We'll definitely be back!

Finally, I get to place my order and waited. It took forever! All in order was an appetizer for gods sake and the place wasn't busy. Good finally came out and the guy just sets it in the counter and says "here ya go" and walked away. The appetizer was not good! Looked way better on Facebook. The dough was very dry. I've been to their Bluffton location and now this one. Service at both is awful! Definitely a one and done for me after that experience. I'd rather go to Fat Baby's and get better food and service. You decide for yourself though.
