My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion.     I honestly cannot even begin to explain how completely unprofessional, ridiculous, and absurd this…read morerealtor was during our meeting; from the moment I tried to speak, they kept interrupting everything with loud, obnoxious farting that made it impossible to focus or take anything seriously, while simultaneously scratching themselves in ways that were gross, distracting, and totally inappropriate for a professional setting, pacing around, making weird faces, mumbling incoherently, and glancing at their phone constantly, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable, surreal, and exhausting, and as if that weren't already insane, at one point they actually told me they had to leave because their fish needed to go on a walk, which made me question everything about their grasp on reality and professionalism, leaving me horrified, frustrated, and confused, trying to process how someone could act like this while supposedly representing clients, because instead of answering questions, giving guidance, or focusing on the property, they were entirely absorbed in their own bizarre habits, bodily noises, random gestures, pacing loops, mumbling nonsense, scratching, farting, and the surreal excuse of walking a fish, which made me feel disrespected, overwhelmed, and genuinely questioning how they are legally allowed to work as a realtor, and honestly, if you value your sanity, dignity, and ability to have a normal conversation, you should avoid this person at all costs because dealing with them is a full-on chaotic, grotesque, absurd, and traumatizing experience that you will not forget.

I was very specific and private about who came into my home. Open house was by appointments only, the first round of appointments (which was a total of 5 clients ), we received 3 offers. We accepted and sold on first showing, neighborhood was happy that the home was sold at a very handsome price. After, came the house hunting for my new home, i had not picked a city yet so they showed me everywhere. All hours of the day, night. If I wanted to see 5 homes in one day, they made it happened at my time. They stopped me from putting offers on homes because they didn't feel it was safe. For example, the roof on one I didn't notice. The fireplace had lots of cracks that I didn't notice. We found our home at a beautiful low price, and as they kept telling me the area will make you lots of equity and it is now worth double. Take a chance on them they really do care about the customers!
