My husband, David, and I were married the day before the shelter in place orders in LA county, so we were already preparing for the most difficult home buying process come summer. We had started browsing through listings in our desired areas and compiling a list in June when we soon found out that listings were being taken down in a matter of weeks/days. Buying a house is not a an easy task and mainly because you have a ton of questions and there are so many different answers out there. What I loved about kevin and his team was the fact that they are very knowledgeable and will answer your questions within minutes to an hour. You will get a response no matter what? This is one of the most important thing when you are frustrated confused and need an answer to figure out what you should do next.
