We were assigned a personal conveyancing agent who arranged all the necessary checks required when purchasing a property. All the checks went smoothly and we only had to visit their premesis once to sign some documents. Funds were transferred to Nelsons via electronic transfer and any interest accrued on the account whilst Nelsons were holding our funds was repayed to us one we had completed on the purchase. There is also a branch at Ripley, and you can drop documents off there to be sent through to South Normanton and vice versa. The offices are clean if a little dated. They maintain regular contact and I was given two different people to contact so it meant I was always able to talk to someone when I called. They are chatty without taking too much time up. The parking is limited, but works well as it usually by appointment only.
