If you get through to voicemail, which is rare, your call will not be returned. So, if you don't want insecticides casually thrown around your yard by untrained workers, don't believe Chester River when they themselves put a sign up in your yard saying No Chemical Treatments. If you dont want them to touch your bushes, dont trust their little flags that tell their workers not to trim. Not sure the workers know how to read English, but they are not trained, or at least not well trained, and are themselves endangered. A company that behaves this way is not to be trusted. I called several other companies that never returned my call. Donta was responsive and extremely professional answering all of my questions. Naj did a wonderful job at creating a design based on my list of "must haves" and my husband and I were impressed with the results. They were meticulous with the details and followed up for our feedback. This is our second project with them. The first job was clearing out our backyard and completing a full paver installation. The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.
