After delaying our kitchen remodel for months due to a serious illness I looked forward to finally getting my kitchen done. About two weeks from the start we went into the showroom to review the plans and go over the final quote - We were so excited I can't even begin to describe the immense disappointment when Vonnie so very proudly presented us with a quote that was 25 % over our budget. I was in total shock. In shock not just by the ridiculous quote I was just given but for the condescending way she spoke to us in trying to justify her numbers. Further berating us and telling us how insulted she was when I demanded our 250.00 design fee returned to us "I'm insulted that you don't even think my time to put this beautiful design together for you is worth that fee, if you find someone to do your kitchen the way you want it for that amount of money it would be crap" Well Vonnie - we also were insulted for the way you deliberately misled us -insulted you wasted our time without any regard to the situation you were fully aware of we were in.
