They cleaned up the lose trash daily to keep the area clean. It was a huge job and I had other bids from $16,900 - $21,075 so I felt like I won twice. I got a fence and a much better deal with doing it this way. I liked the transparency of their deal much better than the other companies, cause I knew their labor numbers were very high. Lumber/80lb bags of concrete cost me $4,720 plus delivery. Labor cost me $7,950 after some wheeling and dealing. Grand total: $12,870. Savings is: $4,030-$8k + Great family owned business and I appreciate the deal and great work. It was worth every penny!
