    Great selection and friendly staff. I love my rose bush and trees we've purchased. I'd recommend them to anyone.

    Garden Center. Edith(?) from the cashiers crew stepped up to help match a plant I purchased last…read moreweek. This is how I described it..." it has tiny flowers on it. A lot of them like a whole bunch. No more like that. She's pointing at some annual nearby. No, it's a perennial I'm sure it's not an annual. Every stalk has more little stalks and each stalk has more little flowers. So I would say a name hydranas , she said hydrangeas. No I don't think so I said. Maybe I'll come back later. But nope she pointed me to the Perennials and told me to take a look, why not? Guess what I found? HYDRANGEAS.

    We bought a kitchen range/stove online from Home Depot on May 22nd. The men came today to install…read moreit on May 30th BUT they didn't recognize the kind of gas cut-off that we have so they told us we had to have a plumber come to put a cut-off on the line before they can proceed. The plumber just left to the tune of ~$100 and showed us the cut-off that was there all along. We had him go ahead and disconnect our old range so that the space would be ready for the new one. Just called and they can't come back until June 11th!! GAH!!! We have a gas range that is now totally unfunctional and a brand new one sitting in our den waiting to be hooked up. This is super frustrating that the installers who told us they work tomorrow can't come back and finish the job that they botched for us. We have to wait 12 days before we can cook again. It will take a very great price before we will want to buy appliances from Home Depot again.

    Future brides, beware. I had a nightmare experience with NWA Florist. 2 stars instead of 1 because…read moreI was ultimately provided with a partial refund for the numerous problems. I worked with Megan, the shop owner, starting in May of 2024 on a bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, and 3 boutonnières. We had a consultation, I provided them with photos of my inspiration, as well as budget, wedding colors, and general other details. Together we picked out florals that would match from Megan's suggestions and I was assured it would be no issue achieving my look (first picture, cascading bouquet design of fall colors, eucalyptus, roses, etc). Months later, after numerous consultations, signing a contract, paying both my deposit and full payment, I double checked the shop hours and saw they'd be closed the day of my wedding. Upon inquiring about this, they charged me an additional fee to "stay open" the day we already contracted and paid them for, claiming it was a mistake, to pick up my flowers. Less than a week before my wedding, they emailed me saying they couldn't get my flowers in and I'd need to pick new ones. After a stressful call and being assured that, too, was a mistake... the morning of my wedding I received a text message with photo 2 and what they claimed was my bouquet (the red and pink). It looked nothing like my inspiration. Megan claimed she knew the flowers came in the wrong color and I should have been told ahead of time but that flower colors fluctuate and it was out of her control. She also saw no issue with the shape. The morning of my wedding turned into a huge fiasco. Megan inappropriately kept trying to come to our airbnb to "fix it" after being told we had no space for her, my mom had to miss her original hair appointment to go to the shop instead (which, we had to wait for them because it turned out they were actually open doing deliveries for another wedding that day anyway?) and we ended up with photo 3, some poorly sprayed (they ran out of spray midway through) roses and peach carnation bouquets that didn't match anything, with purple wax flowers that were meant to be white, alongside filler we never agreed on and was never in our signed proposal. When I called for a refund, Megan put her husband on the phone who told me "he saw our wedding and it looked fine to him" so he saw no issue (I'm not sure how, we have yet to get the photos back from our photographer - she hasn't even began working on them yet - and they weren't at our wedding of course, which was a private venue, but that's besides the point). He was incredibly rude. They offered no real accountability or apology and only kept telling me they take pride in their business. I settled for my flowers for my late October wedding and was really disappointed in the end. It was a beautiful bouquet, but it was not what I envisioned or what I was promised. It looked nothing like what I paid for and did not match my decorations or colors at all. I ended up cancelling my bouquet preservation. We ask that in the future your business be more transparent about color fluctuations (especially for things like weddings when palates are important and you're making the suggestions for clients) and your abilities in consultations, that your communication improve, and that you're upfront about bait and switch or hidden fees EDIT: lowering my review to 1 star because owner texted me at 12:30am begging me to remove the review - not because they're taking accountability, making changes and apologizing - because "they know it could have gone better but they're a family owned small business and want to pass it to their kids one day and reviews area important to them". Yikes.

I found Just Add Water on Yelp (of course) after looking for a unique florist in the Bentonville area. We have used a few different local florists from Bentonville and Rogers over the years, and wanted something just a tad different. I was blown away by the majestic bright blue roses & glitter pictures on Just Add Water's social media site, they were a 4th of July pic and I couldn't get over how neat they were! We were sold and had to check it out. I navigated to her website and was intrigued by the order process, you pick your floral design price...the color... and that was it? No type of flowers?? What are we getting exactly, I thought? I called and left a voicemail after placing my order, as there was actually no checkout/payment required at the time. We chose the FioriDesign $150 arrangement in blue. I got a friendly text back from Jennifer that she would send me an invoice for either credit card, Venmo, etc. I had not used Venmo but thought I would save a few bucks on fees.. so I gave it a shot and sent the payment plus local delivery fee. She said she would send photos of the arrangement on the delivery date. I admit I was a bit skeptical at first, I am a visual person and wanted to have an idea of what I just purchased. I got a text from Jennifer the day of, stating she was on her way to deliver. My aunt was so pleased with her birthday flowers. She said they were huge! The blue delphinium were very tall, the gorgeous blue vase that came with it was a nice touch. There were also interesting flowers in it, such as a Sagos palm, blue hydrangea, anemone, and seeded eucalyptus. There may be another flower or two I don't know. The final piece was definitely a surprise! Jennifer even delivered the arrangement personally, my aunt said she was dressed in a beautiful bright suit! Talk about personalized service. Jennifer sent me a link to an online video of the flowers after she delivered them. We are beyond impressed and will order from Just Add Water again. Thank you, Jennifer, for making my aunt's day!
