After the extension for filling was given, i contacted them another 10 times before getting a call back and was told "my taxes would be filed late because Judd went on vacation then the office was doing a post tax season clean of the office. Because of that my taxes would be filed late, BUT WITH NO LATE FEE because it was their fault." I have had my new accountant try contacting them for a month with no reply, all because i don't want to pay a hefty late fee due to their lack of work ethics. I was told by 3/5 people i know that used him to avoid them and unfortunately i didn't listen.
