I was so hopeful to have this practice be what I needed. I saw so many great reviews of Dr. K but I…read moreended up scheduling with Dr. Tennant since her availability was sooner. On my first appointment I was asked to upload all of my labs for her to go over and discuss on my next visit. I collected them all and got them uploaded right away. When I arrived for my 2nd visit (Jan 21st) she hadn't looked at them. I am a complex case with some pretty wild labs so it does take someone that wants to really dig in help figure me out. The primary issue is my wild hormones, she had some ideas but said she needed to research the correct formulation before suggesting something that may help. She said she would email me the supplement to get, that never came. On January 30th I sent an email letting her know that I didn't receive anything and let her know that the symptoms were getting worse and I was hoping to get the supplement recommendation, no reply. I have my follow up appointment in a few weeks to go over how the supplement that I've never taken is going so I canceled that. My general feeling is that Dr. Tennant isn't a very warm Doctor and I was ok with that but was really hoping she would take the time to dig in to help me, she didn't.

I told him, according to the previous ND i went for free consultation said that I need to consume a bunch of different stuff a week before the taking food sensitivity test otherwise the results won't show whether she is sensitive to the food or not. Dr. K said otherwise. After my daughter took the test, sure enough the only food that shows the results was the food that she eats regularly. Very disappointed. We were not able to identify what food she was sensitive to. Base on this experienced, me and my husband decided not to see him anymore for lack of this knowledge and not sure if he was able to treat my daughter.

When meeting with Dr. Dramov for the first time, we discussed all my recent medical history, general health and things affecting my quality of life. I've found him to be very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I can have good conversations with him about health and wellness and it's been very beneficial to be able to consider a naturopathic approach to issues. I now meet with Dr. Dramov quarterly and really value his perspective and guidance on all medical issues. He and his office staff get to know people on a first name basis. I recently moved to the Phoenix area, and he has an office there as well. I highly recommend Dr. Dramov and Dramov Naturopathic.

I decided to go here after a good friend recommended Dr Dramov to me. My initial thoughts were…read morethat he was going to be some wacky wannabe doctor who just gave you some herbal supplements and sent you on your way. I was so wrong! My main reason for going was that I knew I had high cholesterol and didn't want to keep taking the medications I had been prescribed by my regular doctor...I was hoping to switch to some kind of supplement instead. When I arrived at the office, I waited no longer than 10 minutes and then Dr Dramov personally greeted me in the waiting room. He then sat down with me in his office and talked with me for a good 45 minutes about everything....health issues, dietary issues, etc. He decided I shold get a complete blood profile (not sure if thats what it is technically called). At my next appt 2 weeks later I went in to go over the report with him. Again, we sat for at least 45 minutes going over the report....something a regular doctor has never done with me. FYI....He prefers to treat people with supplements, but he is also able to prescribe. He decided my cholesterol was so high it was best that I stay on the medication I had been taking (Lipitor) and suggested some supplements to also take (Evening Primrose Oil). According to the report I was also deficient in B & D vitamins, so those were suggested also. His office stocks these supplements, but there is absolutely no pressure to purchase them from there. I did my research and ended up going back to his office to buy them anyway. I thought I might find them cheaper, but they were comparably priced so I just went back (figuring he is knowlegable about the manufacturers he choses to uses). He described to me how the body works and how what you eat can affect this or that, etc. He gave me suggestions about dietary changes and increasing my activity and told me to come back in 4 months to check everything and see if there is improvement. During the 4 months I did make an effort to change some of my diet (cut down on butter, stopped eating eggs). However, I also started eating a lot of cereal (the Quaker Oats cold cereal) and I didn't cut back on breads or pasta (2 of my favorite things). And I truly did not put much effort into exercising more (30 min a day was suggested). I really was feeling better in general. When I went back, my cholesterol improved a little (still not good though), but my triglycerides were sky high. He said that if I wasn't sitting in front of him, he would think that by looking at my blood report that I was an obese smoker & drinker (of which I am none of those....normal weight, work out about 3 times a week) Again, we talked about how the body processes everything you put into it etc. Also made it clear how that if I didn't get this under control asap that it could lead to diabetes, heart disease, etc. This really scared me. He gave me a few more supplements (sea kelp, fish oil) and a more rigid diet to follow for 8 weeks (basically very low carb...no pasta, bread or rice, cut back on all sugar). I go back in a few weeks and am really looking forward to it. I am so glad to have found all this out before it was too late. It might seem like its nothing major, but its huge! I don't think I would have found this out if I was going to a regular doctor....none of this testing was ever suggested to me by him. Dr Rob is knowledgable, friendly and truly cares about your well being. I have a huge amount of respect for him. Since going to him, I have met several other people who swear by him.

They warn you that there is a $125 fee, if you show up, and the forms are not filled out. You will not get even a minute with Dr. Reebs. Believe it, this is true... But the clinic, if you can call it that... did not pass my smell test. There is some other business operating out of the same location. And nothing to indicate this is a real business location, except a hard to read lettering on the door. I don't know if they scammed me, or if they are legit. I can tell you that they were quite willing to take my $125, which I grudgingly gave the receptionist. She seemed very inflexible. I told her to never contact me again. And that I was going to write a negative review. She said I had no grounds for that. That it was my fault, and she had tried to contact me. Again, I filled out the forms. I don't know what happened. Seems like a real clinic would be willing to be more willing to work with you. Fill the paperwork out as you go, or after... that's the sort of response you would expect. Not this...

I don't know what I could have done that caused such an awful response. When I did not hear from him I went into the office to see if I could talk to him. No luck. I sent him an email telling him to please take me as a patient and I would be a model patient. Their response was an email that accused me of breaking some rule and If I did it again they would take action against me. I was so devastated. I'm a sick 80 year old woman who has some health issues that I thought he ciould help me. No one deserves this kind of treatment.
