I bought a voucher two weeks ago, a half day pamper package in Firenze Clinica…read more I went with a friend who bought the same voucher, and i took my 6 months old baby who was fast asleep in his carseat with me, as it was so hard for me to leave him for two and a half hours, but unfortunately the receptionist refused to let him inside and she was extremely rude, i said it's not stated in the voucher nor on their website, and he can't even walk!! She even refused to reschedule and luckily i got a refund from pigspack!! I went to Dundrum shopping centre waiting for my friend to finish and went back at 7pm to pick her up and again the woman on front desk refused to let me wait inside in the perception room!!!!!! because it's not a place for a baby!! I again couldn't believe what i heard she asked me to leave and wait outside in the cold with a baby who didnt make a sound!! I was shocked and appalled and extremely angrt with the way I've been treated, these people have no idea what customer survice is!! I am still shocked of the way she treated us me and a baby she couldn't stand to be in the same room with!!! I booked this voucher after going through a hard pregnancy and postnatal depression trying to take care of myself. Instead i went home feeling down, so angry and humiliated. What a disgraceful personality!

I arrived early for a 15:05 appointment on my lunch hour and was not greeted at their reception although a staff member was visibly on the floor. At 15:15, I asked the staff member who had not acknowledged me, what time my appointment would be at? What happened next was unbelievable, another unpleasant staff member appeared and informed me that my appointment was scheduled for 15:05, although it was now 15:15 and I had to return to work. What came next really surprised me, the staff member replied "I am with a client and can not give you a time as I am running behind?" No phone call to let this client know you are running behind, now I remember why I no longer use this beauticians and left. Customer service Zero

This place does hair nails and also does laser treatment…read more i havent done the hair or laser bit that this shop offers but i have gotten my nails done here. it was a kind of a spur of the moment decision, walking by the shop, wondering if it was any good as i had never heard of it, then i looked down at my nails and they looked like they could do with a bit of care so in i went! the staff are very friendly in here and are attentive to your needs. i just got a plain french manicure and there wasnt anything different to getting it done anywhere else, just a normal manicure. So it was good! they seem to have lots of different products on sale in here too so that you can try some of what they do at home. its in a busy part of the shopping centre(isupposeits all busy though!) and there are always people walking behind you but i have found tht to be the sameas most other nail places so no points lost there really.

However I really couldn't recommend this place; the staff were perfectly pleasant and it seemed clean and well equipped, but the girl who did my nails made a bit of a mess of it. Twice I had to stop her from just painting over the cotton fluff she left behind when she took off my existing nail varnish, and she left the job looking very untidy, even after I asked her to clean up more of the colour that she left on my cuticles. To be honest I would do a better job myself and I'll probably just clean this all off and start from scratch.
