So this was the first time in my life I was getting a pedicure and let me tell you this was a great place to start. I had an appointment at 2.30pm, they welcomed me on time, I went to the Shiatsu armchair (amazing), and a nice and gentle lady started pampering me. I did the full spa pedicure for €40, which included absolutely everything. I more basic service may be €28 or €30, which may also be good (shellac pedi, or mini pedi) The place is basic, of course, but the price is unbeatable. Although this salon is cheap, the customer service and quality is questionable. It doesn't matter if you book an appointment, they will make you wait until any of the salon worker is free. Some nail artists are brilliant, but the other ones have no skills at all. Unfortunately, most of the staff struggles to speak English, so if you have some special requirements or questions, don't even bother. The main girl and the older man are brilliant nail artists, so I recommend choosing them to do your nails. If you still choose to go to this salon, make sure to watch every step they do to ensure your nails look good at the end. So I am from the States where any salon is about the equivalent of €60-75 for a mani pedicure and that includes acrylics and gel. So as I was looking around I was floored that just a fill and gel most places where €95 not including a pedicure. I decided to give TN a try just because of the price and they did not disappoint. When I was waiting and choosing my colors I was happy to see a very large collection of gel options in tons of great brands. I first got a spa pedicure for €28 and she really spent her time making sure my toes were perfect and smoothed out my soles. They felt softer then they have in a while and it was very relaxing. They have massage chairs that really add to the relaxation. Then I sat down for my manicure and got an amazing young man. I simply said slighty shorter and same shape and they were exactly what I asked for, and he checked several times that everything was to my desire. He was great with the drill and I left with no cuts and some beautiful nails. He really took his time making sure my acrylics didn't get bulky and he did a fabulous job painting my nails. I left paying only €54 for both services and was delighted with both. I even left them both larger than normal tips because I was so excited by the experience and the quality. First thing I did in Dublin a week ago? Manicure! I made an appointment through Yelp (and saved 20%, yay!) at 7pm, you probably wouldn't be able to get an appointment at this time back home in Berlin. Staff was super friendly and quick and they had amazing colours to choose from. The street where TN is located had a great vibe and was fun passing through. Only thing is that one of my nails broke after 2 days which usually shouldn't happen to gel nails. Anyways If I stayed longer I would return to this place! read more

I recently got my engagement ring back from being resized and in effort to make the most of all the attention it and my hand will be getting I decided to get a manicure. I've been passing TN Beauty Salon for a good while now and it always appears busy with people getting their nails done, so I decided to give them a try. And for 15 EUR for your standard manicure, it was a good choice. The girl shaped my nails perfectly and applied the varnish flawlessly. The girls in work all commented on what a good job it was and how nice my nails were. One even showed interest in going to TN herself for a manicure. When I was paying and leaving, the manicurist helped me with my bag and jacket to ensure I didn't chip my lovely painted nails. Very helpful. Now I am not a girly girl by any means, but I do think I will be back semi regularly for a manicure every now and then. read more

Last week I was desperate to find a place for a quick manicure as I had plans to head out of town for a girls trip. I had yet to find a "go to" place in Dublin so pulled up a few of the places I had visited only to find that their lunch-time appointments were booked. This left me with the impossible choice of booking an evening appointment and skipping the gym (the horror!) or trying an unknown spot. Given the amount of wine and cheese I planned to consume on my trip, I opted for the latter... After a quick Yelp search I found TN Beauty which happened to be just a few minutes from my office. I headed out at lunch and was immediately greeted upon walking in the door. They said they could fit me in so I picked out a colour and they got to work. This place is no frills but my lady was meticulous and efficient. In about 20 minutes I had clean cuticles, several coats of polish and nearly dry nails. When it came time to pay I was shocked at the price. €12?!? For a whopping €6 more you can get the full salon manicure so I'm looking forward to coming back for the deluxe treatment. Do not go there!!! My nails are in bits after here! I got acrylic nails done there as the price was so good....I then went to have them removed. I had never gotten them done before so I was unaware of the correct way to remove them which involves soaking the nails etc. The nail technician simply cut my nails with a nail clippers and then cut them in at an angle from the side and then ripped them off using a fake nail tip to pry under the nail. This was so sore and the girl laughed and said oh I know it can be sore! As a result my nails are in a terrible state. I have white spots on my nails caused from the ripping off and they are all breaking and splitting up into my nail bed! It may be cheap but its not worth it! read more

I cannot grow my nails, they chip, they peal, they break, but I hate how "Jersey Shore" extensions look. The solution? Come here and part with a measly €20 of your finest monies to have a gel overlay applied to your natural nail, and don't pay any extra for French! Yes, staff are brusk, yes there is often a random Chinese child wandering about and yes, the place is not the best decorated, but it's cheap as chips and the work they do is top notch so I'm not going to hold it against them, and very importantly in my book, they're fast. Really really like this place. It reminds me a lot of the nail salons back home in the U.S. I like that you can get in, get a quick mani, and go. They're also very well priced. I made an appointment to go here with one of my friends and do a mani-pedi as a girls day treat. Someone was finishing up their pedicure when we arrived, so they started on my friends hands while I did the pedicure. I opted for the spa pedicure, so they would exfoliate my feet. I'm usually not one to really "show them off" (plus it's usually too cold to do it anyway here in Ireland), but my feet looked and felt so fab afterwards! We also got a shellac manicure, and i was very happy with how it turned out. I usually wouldn't be one for wearing nail polish, I mostly just want my cuticles trimmed, but I'm glad I got a fun bright colour for summer. All in all, great place for a quick manicure. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I decided to get Gel or Acrylic nail extensions for the first time and given the reviews and price for the place, I thought I'd give it a try. The lady ( mid-twenties girl) at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending tk the point that I didn't even bother getting it done and walked out! Firstly, she said it would be €42 for what I wanted and I was confused because the brochure clearly states " Gel on Acrylic for €32" . She was talking to me like I was an idiot and that it must have been an online price ... then after showing her their own brochure she stated " well that's a typo" and they meant for it to say "Gel OR Acrylic" with regular polish for €32 and that gel will cost €10 more. She wasn't even apologetic about the mistake and was being super rude. ( I would have happily paid more if it was a good customer experience). Secondly, I was asking her what the difference is between Gel extensions and Acrylic ones and she said there's no difference and that they don't even offer Gel anymore. Why would you put something on there that you don't offer? Third, I asked her if I can take it off at home by soaking it in acetone because I'll be away for a few weeks? She replied " you can rip it off, that's your choice". They weren't even busy and she could have taken a few minutes to politely answer my question but I couldn't take her attitude anymore and just decided to leave. I called in a while after I cooled off to give her feedback on the experience and advised that their business would benefit if she was a bit more patient and polite when talking to customers and she hung up on me, which is why I believe they deserve this review- normally wouldn't write something this brutal for a small shop but the rudeness was unacceptable and I think future customers should know what the experience was like. read more

I got a full set of acrylics with gel polish for €32 which included a student discount. Considering how much less expensive it was compared to other places, I think they did an okay job. There are however a few things that could be improved. Firstly, prior to gluing on the tips, they clipped my nails down very short. I was not warned that they were doing this and was quite upset as this had never happened at other nail salons. My nails are very short to begin with and part of the reason I was getting acrylics done is to allow them to grow longer without breaking off. Not much care was taken when clipping the nails and the edges were left jagged and uneven. I chose a pale pastel blue colour but the colour that was painted on was different to the one I chose. I compared my painted nail to the swatches at the counter when I was paying and realised that the colour was actually quite different. Also, the acrylic nails were not filed down much after application, leaving them looking quite thick and bulbous. I have been to other salons before in London, which cost the same but did a better job of making the nails look thinner and more natural. I might go back here just because of the price but I would be sure to double check the colour, tell them not to clip my nails and ask for the nails to be filed down more before painting on the colour. read more

I went in for a pedicure yesterday. First of all, it's a clean, well lit salon. Second, brilliant choice of colours. Third, the water was lovely in the whirlpool pedicure basin. Now, the massage chair was the greatest massage chair EVER! It actually massaged instead of just vibrating! It was gorgeous! Onto the actual pedicure- totally professional, she removed as much as she could from the hooves that pretend to be my feet! All in all, fabulous. Priced right. Loved it! read more

We were told they did by "John" and an appointment was booked. We flew in and and took a cab straight to the salon to be on time and to our surprise and disgust - there was no appointment made ,they didn't do SNS - AND - the man who made the appointment was on holidays and had not informed the salon. This place is hit and miss. I've been going there for 3 years monthly, and I do love it. However, I've never been in and seen the same staff twice. There's three or four men working there (and some women, don't get me wrong) that haven't a clue what they're doing. Ling the owner is great but she's the only one I will ever book in with. Booked in the day of my 21st birthday and couldn't get an appointment with her, ended up with some man I'd never seen before doing my nails, and one broke an hour after leaving. The nails that were done for me are lovely however, after several polite times of me asking the guy who was doing them for me to fix one or two things (they were all crooked and different lengths) was very clearly put out and had a problem with me asking him to fix them, so as pay back I guess, he actually deliberately started hurting me - With the brush after filing he hit me with it over and over (when I asked him to stop he shouted at me in his language) - with putting my hands under the lights etc (when I took my hand out because my hand was burning, he grabbed my hand and put it back under) it was quite clear that he was having a good time doing all of these evil things and while at it he had a wee rant about me to his colleagues in his own language and was actually shouting at me in his language before he finished. If it wasn't for the fact he wasn't done I would have got my stuff and walked out. I have never experienced such bad customer service/abuse/pure evil behaviour in a salon in my life! I went to this salon because there were so many good reviews to this place. Please go somewhere else. Save your money or spend the extra fiver. The guy was short, childlike in stature, had tattoos up his arms and as mentioned shouted at me more than once because I asked him ONLY ONCE to shape them differently. He shouted at me in his own language, clearly bitched about me to his colleagues and then muttered under his breath the other times. I asked him to straighten my nails as he wasn't doing it right. That was all. It might be cheaper than other locations but it isn't free.... I am still spending my hard earned money on it. PLEASE DON'T GO !!!! The price and results are good, but no standard of cleanliness. I got full set of acrylic nails and gel yesterday, but in an hour and a half saw very poor standards. Nothing was cleaned, hands, equipment no attempt to sanitize anything. One lady came in for a lip wax, the lady doing nails went over, she cleaned nothing before or after. Emery boards were reused, they should only be used once. No sanitizing of anything used on me or anyone else while I was there. read more

really bad service,when you enter in the salon smells like a chinese cuisine. they don't sanitize hand or the tools, they use electric file on natural nails removing not only shine but layers of the nails , they apply the gel really badly after a few hours my fingertips began to swell and my nails hurt me so much and for all this i paid 60 euro i don't think that any of those ladies who work in the salon was ever taken a nail technician course so if you decided to get your nails done please avoid this place because the only thing what you can get is nail fungal infection Good luck read more

My first time being here and I am very happy with my gel nails eyebrow wax and tint and eyelash extensions, i got the Tn package and it was very cheap for everything i got done!
