Sisi washed my hair with a great scalp massage and her and Jason both brushed my hair SO GENTLY I have never had such a careful attentive experience in a salon. My hair turned out gorgeous and still looks amazing the next day. The best part? It was a fraction of what some other salons in the area charge for the same. We were so excited about going as this was going to be their first brother sister hair cut appointment and they made it such an awful experience. I wasn't going to make my baby wait bored while his sister is busy getting her cut. The whole point was to do it at the same time. This place raves about making the experience a good one...well they could see that I was hurt and upset and they didn't try to be accommodating to my son. Especially while they had no other customers in store and knew cutting my sons hair wouldn't take long since there isn't much to cut. Never again will I be going back.

Had an amazing experience with their Japanese head spa and haircut today! I've been dying to try a…read morehead spa since watching videos of it online, and finally got a chance at this location. It was, dare I say, an enlightening experience - so relaxing and therapeutic that I felt slightly dazed coming out of it. We started with shampoo and scalp brush followed by a steamer and hair treatment which left my hair feeling incredibly soft and light. The head, neck, and shoulder massage had me almost falling asleep. But the highlight for me was definitely the water fall machine, which made me feel tingling sensations I wasn't aware of before, lol. The haircut was excellent as well! My stylist, Makoto, was SO NICE and also extremely knowledgeable - I showed her some pictures of the cut I had in mind and she didn't hesitate to suggest improvements that ultimately turned out beautifully. Service was impeccable as expected from a Japanese hair salon, and the space is very well designed with comfortable seats and full length mirrors. The only downside is that I don't believe it is accessible as there were some steep stairs and no elevator in sight. Highly, highly recommended! I feel that the pricing is extremely reasonable relative to comparable hair salons, so I might just start getting my hair cut more often. :) P.S. A few days after the head spa, I can still smell the aromatic oil they used in my hair and it is still super soft - wow!
