The service, on the other hand, is certainly not anything I have been used to. The short, curly-haired, lady, with Carmel colored skin and a lot of knowledge has LOST the customer service aspect. Two people came in after us and she went to get RIGHT TO THEM.... And we were obviously an inconvenience even though we ordered three icees and also asked for a sample of one ice cream flavor. Originally I asked for a sample of four flavors in one to try and she instantly said No. Told me it's two samples per person per visit, I explained I only wanted one sample with four flavors (like a drop of each) just to ensure I enjoyed them together. She said no, insincerely apologized for not being able to, my daughter asked if she got two flavors and I got two, could we do that.... No was again the answer. I told my daughter not to worry about it because then I was upset by her lack of customer service and complete rushing and lack of sincerity in anything she did. We would be back much more often if this lady making the sales would treat all customers the same and with respect, but that was not my experience. I pray the owners see this and eradicate the "cancer" in their corporation.
