A staff member called our dog's name, told us to weigh him, then walked away without assistance. My husband and I are allergic to cats and were already having reactions--we had been sitting outside because of this--but no one gave us guidance or told us to step back out once she returned and took our dog without explaining anything. Overall, the experience was confusing, stressful, and lacked basic customer service. We will not be returning. If I could give zero stars I would.

I really was pleased that they board because all there health records and they also let the dogs sleep together. I continue to use them and will as long as I have pets. Someone referred us here and they noticed what a sluggish terrier he is and opted to do blood work. Low and behold, he had zero thyroid function. The underlying cause of all his medical issues. Someone finally took the time to listen to what I was saying and look at his behavior. The staff her is also wonderful. Always helpful, we never have a long wait in the waiting room; nor do they place us in a room only to sit for hours. I can't say enough about this wonderful group of doctors and vet techs. I highly recommend them!

This Veterinarian Hospital is expensive, but they all are. The Dr. here really knows what she is…read moredoing and has seriously helped 3 of my cats. One cat was on deaths door and she completely turned him around. We picked up a stray that had multiple injuries and was FIV positive. She gave us the best treatment plan and medications for him and he is thriving now. If you don't want to spend as much as they recommend they will come up with the best treatment plan possible within those constraints for your pet. You might find cheaper care somewhere but we love our cats and dogs like they are our children and want the best care for them. They provide that.

I have a 6 lb yorkie that we started taking to Faithful Friends for health checkups. We noticed at that time that the policy at the office was to drop your pet off for the day while they do whatever to them. It doesn't matter if you have questions for the doctor, you won't see her. I'm still not convinced that Dr. Heath actually exists. And you can't be sure that they do what they charge you for. Speaking of charging; they are crazy expensive and will nickel and dime you for everything that they can. They even charge you to get your prescription filled anywhere other than their office, which is ridiculous. Recently I took my yorkie in for a bulge on his rear end. When we dropped him off (because you never SEE THE DOCTOR) we told the nice lady at the front that we thought it was a blocked anal gland and that we needed it checked. Fast forward: we pick him up and the same nice lady (because you don't SPEAK WITH THE DOCTOR) told us yes it was a blocked anal gland basically just told us they expressed it (for a $40 charge, of course) and it was fine. Over the next few weeks it gets worse. So we headed over to the Welcome Waggin' for a second opinion. Dr Worthington (who we met with IN PERSON) took one look at my boy and said "that's not an anal gland; it's a hernia and it is an emergency." My yorkie was referred to a specialist for surgery and it has been taken care of. Y'all, I don't know what they are doing over there at Faithful Friends but it looks like she is more concerned with money than the sweet babies that come through her office. We will not be back.
