My back yard is on the edge of a conservancy and always mostly in shade and the ground stays soft so when a previous service had used a standing mower it left deep ruts in the yard that had to be filled. I told David this and asked not to use the standing mower but his guys used the standing mower anyway. The front of the house really cannot be done with the standing mower. David will no longer be doing anything in my yard.

She "contracted" with him to take a pine tree down. She paid him 50% down with the remainder due at completion. In September Mike Tiffany had the gall to ask her for the remainder so he could "rent a lift" to remove the tree. Here we are in November and the tree is still up.
