This is a home-based business, but I am used to such arrangements in this type of work and for a small fee she is willing to travel as well. The space was cozy and private feeling. She started by asking me what I needed worked on, and then allowed me the time to undress and get on the table. The massage was very nice, and it was clear that Eileen really knew what she was doing. The pressure was not too soft and not too hard (most of the time!) and ultimately it was very effective at removing all the sore and tender areas of my musculature. The one thing that I wasn't crazy about was at the beginning and end of the session, probably a total of 10 minutes (of a 90 minute session) was utilized in some sort of energy thing? Maybe chakra or something? Basically she held her hands over an area, not touching, and kinda hovered there for a few minutes. I don't know what that was all about, and I don't believe in energy transmission in that sense or in chakras or whatever. So while it didnt hinder the experience really, it did seem somewhat of a waste of time. But it really was only a minimal amount of time spend on that, and the rest was quite effective. Some of the music playing was interesting...and a couple times she would skip to the next song in the middle. I didnt really mind but it was slightly distracting. At the end, I was given water. A check in on yelp gives you a decent discount, and that is much appreciated. Eileen is very good at what she does, and the enjoyment of my experience went much further than just removing my ailments (which she did quite effectively as well). I will certainly return in the future.
