Good, basic, small town dentistry at a reasonable price. Dr. Mastey is calm, unhurried, and a master in the profession.

Do not walk RUN from this place. The sketchy billing practice of this business is just that,…read moresketchy. The procedure we had schedule was multiple parts, the 1st step with off without a hitch. It ran exactly as expected, our insurance was given a pre authorization and we paid what was expected as our portion. Awesome, this was like every other dental procedure we have ever had (7 kids, already been through 2 sets of wisdom tooth extractions). They did this or the extraction, a $700 procedure, we paid our portion and it was good. Fast forward almost a year later it was time for the implantation portion. Didn't think anything of it, we had a scan for the procedure a few months before the actual surgery, we were not told anything about billing, we assumed it was going to be handled like the 1st surgery. Boy were we wrong, when we got the office we were required to pay for the procedure IN FULL!! Even though we have dental insurance, not only do we have dental insurance but it's one of the best plans available! I actually called my insurance while I was waiting and was told that even they recommend submitting a preauthorization so there are no surprises, obviously this office just wants to take the money, collect interest on it until they have to refund it. Even the insurance company was as thrown by this shady business practice as I was. Needless to say with 4 girls coming up needing their wisdom teeth taken out, I can guarantee where we will NOT be coming!

I am giving Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery a 5 or even more, if I could, because my experience with…read morethem was excellent. I was not referred to them, but came to them via a phone call. My tooth pain was extreme to the point that I could not stand it. My family dentist for about 50 years said that they might see me in a week or so, so I called OMS group. They accepted my call and Dr. Zuck agreed to see me that afternoon. He and his nurse(I believe Becky) were sensitive to my problem and pain and after respectful discussion, Dr. Zuck agreed to remove 2 teeth that same afternoon. I can only say that they were both sensitive and professionally respectful to my pain and situation. The follow-up after my surgery was top notch and they were not in a hurry. The discussion following surgery, to make sure I was comfortable, helped me alot. With this in mind, I cannot say enough to recommend them and their clinic to anyone in need of oral surgery. Some people may not have had the experience I had, but my experience was top notch......

This is an excellent place to go for all your extra dental needs. The staff is very friendly, and…read morethe doctors are excellent. My daughter wasn't losing her baby teeth and had to go in to see about taking them out. She ended up needing 9 removed. Usually they can do teeth pulling in the office, but her doctor decided that with the amount that needed removal it would be best to have it done in the hospital so they could put her under to make sure she was comfortable and safe. With the new guidelines for giving patients under 13 painkillers, he investigated and found that it's only Tylenol 3 with codeine that couldn't be prescribed. To make sure she wasn't in pain, getting that many teeth removed, he prescribed her a liquid Vicodin in case she needed it. I appreciated him making sure she'd have a medication that was safe for her and that he wasn't unwilling to prescribe pain meds when she might've needed them. Nowadays doctors are so reluctant to prescribe meds, understandably, but her comfort was more important to him than anything. If you go here, you'll definitely be in excellent hands!

They sent my pathology sample to Bellin, who contracts with a third party, Pathology Consultants of Green Bay. During this time, Bay Oral did not submit any of my insurance over to Pathology of Consultants. The cod they used was a medical code and not a dental one. I'm sent a full bill. I was told by Bay Oral's billing department that the client needs to figure it out and not them. I will NEVER return or recommend them. They also collect their "estimated" amount before even following through. I'm out $113 and waiting to hear back from my insurance to see if they will cover my visit.
