I have an inspector who can do your inspection at a time that works for me. His inspector wanted to charge $515.00 for a basic home inspection (normally 200-350 ), rural area, no radon testing included , no mold and mildew testing included just the basic. Then, Mike say, oh I can't make the inspection after I arrived for the inspection. I will have my associate meet you there..... Lie, No one meet me there. Mike ended up giving the lock box code to the inspector to gain entry into the property. Why would a servant of God lie? After the inspection was completed, I decided not to move forward with the home. Mike, wanted me to give permission to the inspector to resale my inspection report for the property. How wicked. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIKE POWELL !
