Thought we had it fixed (system error supposedly because no one showed up at our door all those months.) they switched the payment arrangement to weekly for whatever reason( fine), next week rolls around, getting a call that we are behind yet again plus the we were getting random charges from them while our card was locked, $32,$82, and then a monthly payment on top of the $21 weekly payment that was already paid. Definitely not, once again portal and bank statements don't lie. Got told it was fixed. Got yet another charge for a monthly payment. Yet again, another week, another phone call saying our bill came due August 1st and we were behind, nope, just paid July 31st like scheduled. Up to date on the portal. August 7th rolls around yet another phone call, his check didn't even hit yet and they are running the card early in the morning. Called corporates number, got told a regional manager would call back in 24 hours. No call. His employer messed up his check so we ACTUALLY did get behind and we are still waiting for his check. His phone gets shut off, mind you we were only 2 weekly payments behind. I get a phone call today, they got my number somehow. My boyfriend has Covid. Told the lady on the phone, he has Covid twice, and told her that his phone is shut off and I'm not home. She refused to listen to me and kinda mocked me on the phone when I said he has covid and I'm not home, after that she says just tell him. Like y'all have the audacity to get pissed at us the one we are actually late for once in the entire lease. Turns out, they sent a pregnant lady who is having a c section next week to the apartment, to collect a ps5 that has Covid all over the controllers and system. If I was that lady I would get a different job if they are just letting you walk into things like that while pregnant. He gives the ps5 over after opening the door just for this lady to stick her foot in the doorway like she's the cops and says their company is a bunch of dicks, because at this rate, we are tired of the hassle and harassment even though we have never been late. Got told we will hold it until a payment is made. We are at almost 50% ownership at this point. I call up a few minutes later and I'm look, I can make a payment even though we don't got the money right now and then I'm gonna need your person to turn around and give it back since the payment will be made. I'm 31, I'm not gonna be mocked on the phone explaining that the household has someone with Covid right off the bat. We've had issues non stop with this location for no apparent reason. Got told my boyfriend has to make the payment because they don't like my attitude ( who wouldn't have an attitude at this point), boyfriend calls to make the payment ( pregnant lady apparently got her feelings hurt) called the regional manager and said he called her specifically a dick and cussed at her, so he doesn't want to do business (fine) Homeboy doesn't even live in Ohio, he lives in North Carolina. I call back and we have a dvd in the game system and a usb drive with the ps5, she didn't even let him check or anything before she takes the damn thing so I have to drive an hour or so to the store Thursday or Friday on my day off to get it even though their person was out in the area and it's not an option for her to come by real quick for me to grab our personal stuff. Won't give me this regional managers number, says I have to wait until Monday to talk to a district manager named Pam about everything, by this time, I found a better deal that's bundled with a tv at a competition store.
