Attended a birthday party recently and was impressed with all the improvements . They now have a place for private get togethers and group parties. Excellent customer service. Terrible customer service. Prices are inflated because they are the only lanes within 30 miles. I'd take your money and do something else with it rather than go here. If you like worn out shoes and being ignored! This place is for you. We had two different instances where there was an issue with our pins. Both times took at least 5+ minutes to be addressed and the timer o the lane keeps moving. We lost over 10 minutes of our hour and didn't get to bowl the 10 frame in our 2nd game. When I approached the counter to see if they could add back the time we lost. I was ignored by 3 different employees. Before I could get anyone to speak to me the lane reset. We turned in our shoes and left. Will not return. read more

Everyone was nice there. There employers are awesome with my kids. Both my kids beg to go here ALL the time. The snack bar has good food. The wings I personally think are better than bw3. There are only 2 places I like pizza from in Chillicothe and this is one of them. The other is geovannils. The only thing I can complain about is when they are busy the parking sucks !!! read more

This is the worst place I have ever been to. We went with a school group and they kept throwing the shoes up on the counter rudely, very unfriendly. They also walked away and wouldn't come back for 10 minutes at a time while they were still "helping" us. Then we ordered food for the kids and when we were done placing our order, the worker said, "thank God" in a rude manner. One of our staff members ordered a cheese pizza (after waiting in line for 25 minutes). The employee had to go up to get it and discovered the lady AFTER AN HOUR hadn't even started making it yet even though numerous other people had received their food and didn't apologize or offer to make it better in any way. When we went up to the counter to check on the food, they saw us and yet no one came over for about 15 minutes. They were rude after we talked to them and that's when they finally STARTED making our food. As this was going on, another staff member went to pay for their extra lane and they threw their change back at her. Another staff member went up to the manager to complain and was basically told "sorry about your luck" and said they were slow and rude because they were overwhelmed even though we called weeks in advance and they also offer free bowling to kids in the summer so they should've been prepared. These people are rude and deserve to be without a job. The way these people treated not only our group, but others is disgusting. I saw a little kid come up and ask for a lid and the worker slammed it down on the table. Never again will I be coming to this bowling alley. This is not only the worst bowling alley I have ever been to, but it's also the worst customer service I've ever received. Never received an apology or refund. The food SUCKED! The bathroom was kind of gross. I would not recommend this place. read more

Standing outside with my stepson crying because we called in and were told there was league's but that they would have a few lanes open tonight but now that we are here we were denied being able to bowl because of league's. Called in and got an appologetic too bad. After YEARS of bowling here I will probably not return. Drove over an hour to get here after other plans to have my child cry in a parking lot. read more

Went early on a saturday afternoon to get some practice in. They wanted 30 dollars per hour on a lane. At best I can get 3 games in a hour. So 10 dollars per game. Thats insane. If it was packed house I might understand but there were 20 open lanes not generating any revenue. I'll gladly drive to Lancaster or Washington C.H. read more

Not a fan at all. Downloaded this app just go leave my feedback. Went there, first ball i got have a pepperoni stuck in the hole. When me and my family went to the arcade there was grease everywhere on the machines. The pizza was gross and dripping with grease. Next time I'll take the hour drive to Columbus for a better bowling alley. read more

Classic alley feel that reminds me of growing up, yet modern scoring and tvs everywhere. The pizza is pretty good too! If there are leagues going I wouldn't bother at any bowling alley - hopefully it's self explanatory that the negative review isn't warranted from the lady that drove an hour because they thought magically they'd get one of the "few lanes that will be open" in an area with this level of population. Was in the area and decided to bowl & found this place. The place is old. Couldn't find any balls, as most of them were in use. My husband couldn't find a ball with big enough holes for his thumb! so had to wing it. When we go bowling, we usually bowl for hours.......6 games+. Not here. 2 games and we were done. It's definitely in need of an upgrade. Just not enough space. We're in the area quite a bit, but will be finding someplace else next time. read more
