Jose' dropped the ball... I began my search for a lawn care,…read morelawn maintenance, and landscape company back in March so I could hire a reliable company before the rush of the season. Appointment was made, but then a 'no-show.' Finally someone came out to see what needed to be done, and then a quote was sent to me. Unfortunately I had a situation to take care of for about 3 weeks before I was able to reply to their quote (which was higher than I anticipated). Once I reduced the amount of projects that I needed done immediately so that I could lower the quote (I expected a quote per project) and get the work started asap, Jose' said he would call the following week, either Saturday or Sunday (which was Mother's Day). They never sent another quote, and when I asked if he could get back to me prior to Sunday, that's when I never heard back from him. This is not the way to conduct business!
