So I responded that I would like to use their service and an email was sent with a link to pay, which made it a breeze, and set up a weekly appointment during this rainy month of May. They came the same day I paid, and did a terrific job considering what I'd tried to do (it was bad) and the lawn looks great. I will put up pictures when the lawn looks a little better, because I'd tried to use an electric mower that wouldn't adjust properly so some spots are awful. Anyway, great job, guys! My mother signed a contract with this company for snow removal this winter (2014-2015). Titan was…read moresupposed to plow her driveway, shovel her front walk, and remove the snow from her back patio. This is all in the written contract. Well, after the huge snow fall on 2/16/15, Titan came and plowed the driveway. Titan plowed all the snow from the driveway onto the patio and only shoveled a very narrow path to the front door. My mother called and emailed several times with no response. I am an attorney and sent a letter, to which I received no response. Her patio is still blocked and covered in snow to this day. My mother has filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Whatever you do, do not do business with Titan. My mother is a senior citizen and requires snow removal services so that she can safely enter and exit her home. This jerk did nothing but take advantage. If you have experienced the same thing with the company, I urge you to tell your story and post a review so that no one else is taken advantage of.

They completed the project in record time, even fitting me in ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief considering spring rains were on their way. The crew was fantastic--professional, friendly, and respectful of my property. They communicated with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly, sending me photos of the work to assuage any concerns. It was clear that they take great pride in their work, and they left my yard in perfect condition, cleaning up meticulously after the job was done. One wrench in the project was that I had an invisible fence line that ran through multiple areas of excavation, and I knew there was no chance that line wasn't going to be cut. What really blew me away, was that Cristian went out and repaired the damage and the line works perfectly again; talk about above and beyond! A week later, the drainage system works perfectly, and my yard is shockingly dry considering the recent heavy rain. I highly recommend Hills Excavation for any complicated and muddy yard-related needs--they exceeded my expectations in every way and I'm glad I no longer feel like Shrek telling people to, "get out of my swamp!"

A quick bit of background on the man who takes care of my lawn mowing. He moved into the neighborhood 9 years ago and I've become very friendly with him and his family. Also he happens to be the minister at a local church. So him lying to me to CYA is not within any realm of possibility. When I went to ask the Eaton crew chief who I needed to talk to about repairing the broken head, he responded sarcastically saying my sprinkler company, loaded his crew then drove off. He didn't care, said it wasnt a possibility and left. BTW it is a possibility, since I used Eaton a few years ago and had them break sprinkler heads on multiple occasions. Based on this I will be suggesting that my neighbor hire a different company and would suggest readers of this review do the same.
